Well you can find any basic phone covers at malls and any cell phones stores such as Cingular,Nextel, Sprint or version. Thank you and I hope my answers help you with your question.

depends on the kind of phone you have. if it's popular, you'll be able to find it at the mall. if it's somthing a bit unusual (like my "siemens"), i'd recommend searching on e-bay, or just look it up on froogle. and you might want to do that either way, because that's usually a bit cheaper and there might be more covers to choose from.

almost all malls have at least one. or go to your cell phone store where you got the phone and get it there. or even online.

your best bet is one of those little kiosks at the mall. if you have a popular enough cell phone your local service provider store might have them though the selection isnt great.
