Make sure you read up and put it on correctly. Do not use any "lubrication" that is not meant to be used for condoms. Also make sure they fit snugly, but not too tight.

My husband and i have been married 2 1/2 years now and he has a daughter from a previous relationship. Love her to death. Her mother has never been reasonable and lately has made things difficult. Well, firstly she decided to quit her job and live off just her child support and wants to get it increased. Can she legally do this since she willingly quit her job? My husband just got promoted to a manager and got a 10,000$ pay increase I am worried she will try and take all she can so she can remain unemployed. We only have his daughter 8 days a month. It is hard to keep her more since we both work 2-11 jobs. I did work a job that allowed me to have 3 days off and watch her for part of the day by myself while my husband worked and her mother said unless I became her friend and got to know her that she didn't want me alone with her daughter. Which was odd that she would have a problem after so many years. So she took their daughter during the time we would have had her and would not allow us to see her. She is custodial parent but can she legally just take her and not tell us where she is and not allow us to have her? The other day we got a text from a mutual friend saying that her mother was hungover and their daughter was sitting in soiled clothes crying and had been since last night, our friend told us that her mother took her to a party at her boyfriend's house and got too drunk to take care of her and our friend ended up watching her since she was worried. My husband got mad and went over there and picked her up a few hours after getting that message and her mother was awake and their daughter only wearing a shirt and still soiled. We had to take her home like that and clean her up. Today she has been texting us saying we are not working with her and she wants to take it to a lawyer. Do you think we have a chance in a custody battle? My boyfriend does have a mosdemeanor on his record that might make a custody battle hard, should this be a worry? I need general advice on what steps we should take next and how we should approach this from a legal stand point.

First off, I am going through the same ordeal as you are except I'm the mother and her bio father is suing me for custody. So I'm in the middle of the whole "law" thing and my major is Criminal Justice/Law. So I would definitely recommend that your husband hire a lawyer or, at least, consult in one about his options. Each state has varying laws when it comes to child support enforcement. So definitely give an attorney a call, but be sure to find out their rates first since each attorney's rates vary!

Im 16/f and my cousin has cancer. He is 8 years old and has only 10% chance of living. The cancer started in his legs and now is in his back. He has tumors in his legs and one by his heart. His back bones are disinagrating(spelling) and today we found out that the cancer ate his leg bone away and now his leg is broke.
This is so hard for me. But im a cheerleader and was thinking about having a carwash for him, giving his parents all the money, even if its only 100$. Do you think thats a good idea? And does anyone have any ideas to raise money. We are doing a poker run and a golf thing. And almost all the money for those thigns are going to him. Any ideas that I can do? Please help. thank you!

When I plug my ipod into my computer, my computer and itunes do not recognize it. My computer recognizes that something has been plugged in. My ipod just says "do not disconnect" and doesn't do anything else.
I've reset my ipod, updated all my apple stuff, reinstalled itunes...I don't know what else to do.
It's the iPod. I got an iPod Shuffle for Christmas last year and it did the same thing to me. Take it back and tell them to give you a new one.

Be sure that you're ready for this. Me and my boyfriend where dating 2 months (yeah I know not long) and he wasn't a virgin and I was. So I decided to have sex with him. If he breaks up with you because you won't have sex with him then it's his loss and he's not worth your time. I know that's hard to believe because I believed that too.
You have to be emotionally ready if you're planning to have sex because it will stress you out afterwards. Me and my boyfriend broke up. He broke up with me for another girl about a month after I lost my virginity to him. It may not happen to you but I will tell you from personal experience that if he breaks up with you after he has sex with you, there is a good chance that he will tell all of his guy friends who will tell their friends and soon it will be all over school. :(
But anyways, it's your and his decision. Don't let him or anyone else pressure you into it. And if he breaks up with you then that shows what kind of person he is: a jerk. I was pressured and it's not what everyone says it is. :)

First off, how old is your mom? If she's in her late 40's (like my mom) she 'may' be going through menopause and you're going through puberty. So it may be different for both of you.

I really need to lose a couple pounds before the 8th grade formal. I am a 13 year old girl. I have a really flattering dress and its black, but my stomach hangs out...What can I do to lose weight so I look good in it? My formal is on the 16th.
The 16th of this month? I'm sorry but no human alive can lose weight that fast. As much as I would like to help you I would but there's really no way.
But I can help you some on losing weight. Run about 30 minutes a day, cut back on eating (like I'm currently doing), stop drinking soda and only allow yourself to have one once a month.
On the soda thing, it will be really hard at first and that's all you will think about, but please trust me, you wont think about it after a week.
