no you have to have antibotics to heal strep throat if you dont get medication it can get very severe and it could hurt you i had it and i had to go to the hospital to get medication they had to swob my throat and it did not feel to good cough drops for my throat so it all depends i hope i helped you any

You need to get antibiotics. If you found out by a test or what not if your strep positive, then you should have already had a note sent to your doctor about it. I wouldn't go to school with strep. Thats horrible.

Yes it can. Just make sure that you drink alot of fluids (water is best), not sugar (because viruses feed on sugar), and get plenty of rest. It will only turn into something worse if you do not follow these things. Hope I helped!

It can heal on it's own, but it wont heal very quickly. If you don't get it checked out then it can turn into diseases like meningitis- that is BAD. I had it once. it was horrible

No it really can't. Left untreated strep throat can get really bad and make you very sick. :)
