I need a program where you can make pictures all one color. Like purple, pink, blue, etc. I also want one to make them more pixelated. [Like with dots]Please help me with this/ If you help I'll rate 5's..

if you want something free:
go to google and type im picasa 2 and you can download it for free and its awesome!!
if you want to pay i wouldnt recommened the print shop its awesome it does everything! hope i helped =)

Photoshop is the best bet.
Although, you can use any program that can change your pictures from 'RGB' to 'Duotone'.
