Q: Hey, I'm 14 years old, a freshman in highschool. So there's this boy i really really like, we just met this year and are firends. I can't tell if he likes me back though. Sometimes he talks to me, sometimes i tlak to him, and now we've been walking to classes with one another ( he's in four of my classes, three of them are right after eachother)

I've caught him looking at me a few times, and he's caught me looking at him a few times. We joke around modestly, as he's pretty quiet. But he seems to like talking with me...he usually will make a comment to me if we're near eachother and spark up conversation. I try to stay back and walk with him, and sometimes he appears to walk with me by his own choice. Does he like me? thanks for your help

Q: I have been straightening my hair since December or January last year. I also highlighted it once and it was still soft and there was not any frizz. I went to get it highlighted again around April and they bleached my whole hair by accident. It finally began to look a little dried out, but only a little bit of frizz. In July I realized how ugly the color of my hair actually looked with my skin tone and eyebrows, so I tried to dye it back to my natural color at a hair place. They made it extremely dark and there was even green! So, two days later, I went to another place and they fixed it. I love the color and all, but now it is incredibly dry and it is beginning to get frizzy. I've dried the garnier fructise deep conditioning treatment, VO5 hot oil treatment, and today I tried the mayonnaise thing. Before the mayonnaise conditioning, I saw no improvement. My hair no longer looks as dried out as it did, but it is continues to look dry, frizzy, and plus I have split ends. I have stopped straightening it and I don't blow dry it. Is there any way that I can get it back to being soft and non-frizzy? Also, when my hair all grows out, will it be soft with no frizz again or will it be damaged?

Q: Me and my friend have been best friends for about a year...she started going out with this guy and we stopped hanging out like we used to and yes it dissapointed me but im okay with it now. Well all of a sudden she starts telling me how they are arguing over stupid stuff and then he comes and pulls me aside and tells me the same thing. It's been going on for about a month & its really annoying. Well then her bf tells me one day that he wants to get a hotel room with me and chill and go party at the clubs all night. My friend can't leave her house because shes grounded. Well at first i was shocked but then i thought well yea that could be cool. Well the night before we went we were all drinking and since she cant leave he asked me to walk him home. so i said yea bc he lives right near me. well he started saying that if we were drunk would anything happen. i said i dont know. and then i said well i dont think u would cheat on "barbra". and he said well u never kno but i would cheat on her with you if we were both drunk. At that point i didnt know what to do so i walked him home and left. What should i do!?

Q: I have a friend who is straight. I'm gay. We are in our low 30s. When I told him that I have very strong feelings for him, he was totally uninterested. Not only that,
but he told me that he was very disappointed in me for telling him that. (That I have feelings towards him in such a way.) My major problem is that I obsess about him. I think about him constantly during the day. I dream about him at night. Sometimes many time in one hour, uncontrollably. In sexual and non sexual terms. I think of him in many different ways. I want to know everything there is to know about him, what he does, what he likes, what he spends his time with, etc, etc, etc. My point is, I tried to stop all this thinking and wanting to be close to him, but I can't. I'm in searing mental pain every day because I think of him so much and the interest he has in me at best is being a casual/good friend, my feelings towards him are not mutual. I don't want to get up in the morning because I know what my day in that aspect will be like. I know the reality of the situation but I obsess about him, and I can't stop my thoughts, they just pop into my head without my will or consent. What can I do? Can you help me? Showing him this letter is out. So is going for professional help. As much as I think I might be able to be helped by a psychologist/psychiatrist, the hundreds of dollars of fees that they charge per hour/session is beyond what I can afford. I can barely pay my basic bills, never mind this. I need to be able to have my day, everyday, go by without thinking, dreaming and fantasizing about him. My mind needs to be free of him the way I think of him now in order to keep my sanity, to be a normal person. It has come to a point that I'm in terrible, constant anguish that I think about him 24/7 the way I do, that I can't take it anymore. Please help me! Many thanks for you time. Q: I was very good friends with this guy named Michael last year. We would call each other and stuff. People were always telling us we should go out. He also was hinting a lot about going to the movies. So, I'm pretty sure that he liked me. Over the summer we still talked a lot on the phone except we talked even longer than during school and we would always talk with each other on IM. We still talk on IM some, but I'm always the first to IM him! Since school has started again, he only talks to me if he's asking me for gum, which I think is stupid of him.
