Practically every morning when i wake up, my mom asks me if i have plans. And it drives me insane. I realize that she is only wondering, but how could i possibly have plans the MOMENT that i wake up? I know that i am overreacting to this but it still annoys me! Its also the wayy she says it. iTs just all so annoyign! (link)

Oh those annoying mothers!
Sometimes people make plans the day before. That's probably why she asks, especially if she works and will be gone all day. She is just being a mother and wants to know where you will be. Then if she calls you and you don't answer she won't worry, she'll have a good idea of where you are.
If you do make plans ahead of time, let her know before she even asks. Do that a couple of times and she will probably stop asking. At least she is interested! Sadly some parents could care less. :)

I know this may sound evil, but seriously, how do you get your family member to stop smoking in a sneaky way if they are mad at you for asking all the time and are adamant in their opinions? Are there, like pills I can trick her with and pretend they're vitamins? (link)

No there isn't. You can express your concern about their smoking now and then but that's about all you can really do. Anything else would be illegal.
I might also add that constantly bugging someone about it will with some people make them all that more determined not to quit. Trust me I know this for a fact. The old you aren't going to tell me what to do attitude kicks in. So if you find you are constantly arguing about it, back off some. They probably know how you feel by now. :)

The nosebleed section is way up at the top of the bleachers or stadium seats. Far away from the action on the field. If you get nosebleed seats take some binoculars!
They call it that because sometimes high altitude
can cause nosebleeds. :)

If you are not sexually active you will be fine.
Every now and then it will just decide not to come for whatever reason. Might be you are under stress, maybe you are more active. It could be nothing at all. :)
If you are you might be pregnant, get a home test and check to see. They are available at any department or drug store.

I work at cvs and yea you may think it can't possible be that busy but at times its really busy and i feel like i get crammed with things that need to be finshed. When i work 8 hour shifts its not as bad but when i work 5 huor shifts it is. I hate having to leave work for the managers to do. Like today i had to leave a bunch of stuff like doing a ton of reprints with photo. 2 rolls of film. Filling a 4x6 paper roll. Then i finished magazines but i didnt know where to put them so i left them up front. When i work i have to do all the stuff that is brought up and ring register. I usually work by myself so i dont have someone that can help me out because the manager is busy.
Is there a way to calm down but get everything thing done? (link)

I have had a job like that!
You need to make sure to take care of the customers first and foremost. Everything else is busy work. You don't finish it someone else will.
You should do your best and do what you can. But on days when the store is just to busy, you won't get it all done. You can't be expected to.
So just stay calm and if you don't finish the busy work, then you just don't. No need to feel guilty about it. :)

Sorry if this is soo long but its pretty serious.
my Male Cousin recently got marriedlike 4 months ago. And his wife is pregnant. Well not even a week ago her grandfather & grandmother & two half brothers came over from oklahoma to florida. yea perfect right. not. while there her grandfather was driving around with my male cousin and said his driving was horrible. Saturday Morning the grandfather insisted on leaving but my male cousin didnt want him to drive with the grandmother and the 2 kids while his drving was bad. But the grandfather insisted and left. not even 30 min onto the highway he got in a serious car accident. He drove right into one of those huge trucks & flipped the van a few times. It was horrible. the grandmother and the younger of the two kids passed right away. The older kid and the grandfather were on life support. They finally got released out of the hospital a few days ago. Now my cousin && his wife are going to oklahoma for the funeral.
Next part.
His wifes mother & stepdad live with her grandparents. The youngerof the kids was the stepdads only kids with her and she can't have anymore. No one wants anything to do with the grandfather at all.
Now my mom wants advice and i have no idea what to say to her. The grand father has really no reason to be hated in my view. He lost his family also.
What is your guys view & what would you say in this situation?

That grandfather is going to carry the guilt of killing his loved ones with him for the rest of his life. I see no reason to make it worse on him by hating the guy.
I do think the family should insist he no longer drive, if he hasn't gotten that message yet. Driving is the ultimate freedom for most people. Getting it through an older persons head that they need to give that up is very difficult to do. It becomes necessary sometimes though.
He needs to be treated as everyone else in the family who is grieving is treated. It isn't like he set out to kill them. It was still an accident, he meant no harm.

Not if he is a stepbrother. Incest is usually between blood relatives.
However, if taken to court it can be argued that it is. He may be just using you because you are handy if he lives in the same household. I think you need to be aware of that. :)

I've never heard anything bad about them. If you are talking to other teens just remember they ARE teens. Use your best judgement before following any advice. Even the advice you get here. Much as we want to help we don't know the ENTIRE situation.

I have a 12 year-old sister. I made her a myspace a while back and made it private. She didnt know how to do anything on myspace. Well now shes almost 13 and she is completely addicted to myspace. More addicted to it then anyone of us i bet. She has atleast 5 myspaces of famous people that she made and is pretending to be them and telling everyone she is&& she talks to every single one of the people that Message her. I have told her manny times that she will end up talking to the Wrong person&& he will seriously hurt her.I told her that she has to be atleast 16 to be able to have a myspace and talk to people that are not her friends. She doesnt care. I have blocked myspace && she found away around it. I have told my parents and they tell her not to get on it. She pretty much tells them im not or screw off. She has no respect for anybody in my family and moesnt care what anyone tells her. Myspace has caused her to spend endless hours on the computer. SHe is on from the Second she wakes up to the second she goes to bed. And she will pretend to go to bed and then when everyone in the house is a sleep she will wake up and get on the computer. No matter the time of day. We have a password on the computer but she found it out By watching what my dad typed in.
Im sorry this is long but she needs help.
Please dont just say talk to herand tellher what will happen if she talks to the wrong person. Again she doesnt care.
&& if i tell my parents that she wakes up and gets on she will say no i don't even tho they believe me she doesnt get into any trouble. We usedto have this rule only 30 minutes on the computer at a time but she doesnt go by it but if say i was on the computer and she wanted on she would say kim you have been on for 30 minutes your turn is over.

Next time she gets up and uses it in the middle of the night...go tell your parents then. Don't wait until morning, let them catch her in the act. :)

Perhaps you could have your parents change the password. They could log her on and off themselves and not tell her what it is.

I really need to know if my one friend is mad at me. Well, I had her and one other friend over to spend the night, and we had sooo much FUN! But she found my diary, and was reading it. I didn't know, but there were some bad things about her that I wrote in the 3rd or 4th grade, and I don't believe it anymore. Well I've noticed a change on her attitude. Like when I talk to her on messenger, when one of us has to leave, we'll usually say ILUSFM (I love you so freaken much) but lately, she hasn't. She is putting like lyl (love ya lots) and other stuff. But I don't know why, but it really hurts my feelings. But I can't tell her that. I hope she isn't mad about my diary, I told her I was sorry, and she said it was fine, and she really did sound like it was fine. But her grandma just died, so maybe she is upset about that, but it doesn't seem like it. I really want things to go back how they use to with my friend, but I'm scared that they wont. I would hope she isn't mad about the diary since it was written so long ago. You should probably ask her if it has upset her and explain again it was written a long time ago when you were basically just a kid.
People also handle grief in different ways. She may be being distant because she feels sad about her grandma. You might want to ask her if there is anything you can do. Maybe get her to talk about her grandma and the good times she may have had with her. It might help cheer her up. :)

Never Again will I come onto this website. It was fun though. But after reading what DangerNerd had answered to one of my questions, should be the first one on his column, I'm leaving this site. It's not an advice site anymore. It's like what DangerNerd kinda said "This site is being taken over by 13 year old emo girls." By always reporting users to you who I thought brought down this website yg, I thought I could turn this website around. I was wrong. One person alone cannot change a website. Some can and some can't. Age has a lot to do with it along with experience.
Younger inexperienced guys have a hard time controlling themselves. It is something they have to learn by practising I think. If he cares about you he will try.

Ok, me and my one friend (he's a boy and I'm a girl) have been friends since birth, and we always LOVED it when we got together. His mom and my mom are best friends, so we all got together about once a month. We have been best friends forever and we still are. Well when we were in 5th grade I told him I liked him, and he said that he liked me. So we started to go out for a while. But after a couple of months, I started to feel really uncomfortable with it, and I was getting annoyed. So I told him how I felt, and he understood. After that, I felt so much better, and I LOVED having him around again.
Well sadly, he moved to a different state and we all miss them so much! I wish he didn't move. We still stay in touch by calling each other and writing letters to each other, but I really miss him. Now he is going to be a softmore, and I'm going to be a freshmen.
I just recieved a letter from him today, and I got very upset after reading this. He told me in the letter that he was dating this one girl. OK, when I broke up with him, I told him that I wasn't ready, and when I was, I'd let him know and we could go back out. He said that that would be ok, and that he would wait for me. But I still went after other guys, and had crushes on others. I think it was because I couldn't picture myself going out with my best friend.
Well I still feel very uncomfortable. But I am kind of proud of him, but I can't stop thinking of him. I don't know if I'm jealous because he might like his girl friend better than me, his best friend. Or because that his new girl friend isn't me. I really want to tell him this, But I know I never could. I use to picture me and him together, but I always didn't like it. Now that he told me about his girl friend, I picture me and him together, and I don't mind it. I actually wish it were like that. But I'm afraid to even speak to him about us use to be going out. You are jealous because you still have feelings for him. Once you get a boyfriend it will probably go away somewhat.
Just stay in touch with your friend. In high school having a long distance relationship just doesnt work real well. There are dances and parties to go to. You don't want to go alone all the time. He can't go with you being out of town
and you can't go with him to his. That does not mean you won't date one of these days...so stay friends. :)

my friend invited me to go to this lake w/ her and her friends next weekend and i thought it was okay at first, but then she started telling me more about it. she said that the lake is her friends grandparents and hes the one who wants everyone to go. hes 19 tho and im 15 and i just think its sorta weird u kno? my friend is 15 too but if we both go there will be 6 people there 3 girls and 3 guys. the rooms are seperate so it shouldnt be too awkward bu i have a bad feeling about it. last night my friend invited me to the movies to go w/ him and her and i said no she was like " he'll meet your parents if you want him to he said hed give you a ride" but im here thinking why does he want to meet my parents, he hasnt even met me! then i was on the phone with my friend last night and i was telling her about it and she was like dude!!! he likes you! b/c 2 of our friends told her he did and he had one of them as his number 1 on myspace i asked my friend why and she said its b/c he liked our other friend and he did the same thing to her and apparently he dates alot of young girls. i just think its really freaky, what do i do? should i go next weekend or not, and why does this dude like me, i dont think its just like a lie because i was talking to the girl who initially ivited me online and she was like ya he said hed pick you up i think he likes you and later was when my friend said he did. i dunno am i over reacting??? please help!!!!! 19 year olds messing with anyone your age is illegal and it is odd he would just want you there to go swimming.
