going to gyno- 1st time
i'm going to a gynocolegist for the first time... what should i expect? is there anything i should do before i go? what if i, um, smell.. down there? i hate smelling bad and you know.. what if i do? well, just offer me what you can. any info is appreciated!

Here is a site that explains your first pelvic exam. Look around the site while you are there because it contains lots of useful info. It will tell you what to expect.

Just take a shower before you go and all will be okay. Write down any questions you might have for your doctor before you go. You will be nervous the first time and you don't want to forget anything. If you have questions ask. :)
