Hey guys, i like to read a lot, and i've read many famous books like To kill a mocking bird, Catcher in the Rye, Harry potter, and so on. Anyways does anyone know any really really good books, and authors for when i go to the library next time? 1. can you go to a tanning bed like every other day or should you out more time is between or does it really matter...?
2. do the UV rays or anything mess up acrylic nails?

it will be extreamly uncomfortable if you try to wear it without having your period. It wont go in all the way, because it wont be wet inside of you. Just wait unitl your period arrives. And yes,you can get TSS Toxic Shock Syndrome. It is caused from wearing a tampon for too long, wearing a tampon with too high of an absorbancy, or wearing one when you dont need it. It can make you very sick or kill you. Your friend is right.

yeah, it depends on how much you lose how small they'll get. sometimes yes, and sometimes no. its better to be fit and in-shape, than to have large brests.
in the long run,your brest size wont matter, but being healthy and inshape will.

nope! you have to have sex to lose your virginity.

I'm a little over weight and I'm so sick of it...how do I lose weight by the end of this summer?
Try just walking around your neighborhood. head to a local pool or beach or lake. Exercizing early in the morning is best, i've heard.
Also, when you are thinking about going to, lets say, McDonalds, think to yourself, that you are working on losing weight. Then decide on maybe, Sub_way or a small salad. When you go to eat some patato chips, or even something else, even if its healthy, like carrotts, put it into a small bowl, in an appropiate, preportion, and dont eat out of a bag. a lot of time, people mistake bordeoum for hunger, or eat becaue they are bored. maybe instead of eating when your bored, you could go outside and take a walk, cut the grass, gardgen, wash a car, shoot some hoops, take a dog for a walk. also, when you get hungry, drink water, it helps because it will fill you up, with out making you gain weight!

is henna permanent or does it eventually wash out?
washes out within 14days, usually. but if its on your hands or feet, usually 5-7 days. i got one on my lower stumach 2 times. the first time it lasted around a month. the second time, a little over a week. I dont think i let it dry long enough.

ok my teeth arnt white.. ive used crest whitening strips before, but my teeth are very sensitive and it hurts them. what else helps get your teeth white besides buying stuff in the store or going to the dentsist?? thanksss!!!!

uh, and you said your teeth couldnt handle the whitening strips, so if you can use a whitining toothpaste, that would help! but i didnt know if your teeth would be able to hadle that.
also, avoid drinks like soda, colored, and coffee.

i am not uaually hungry, but my schedule doesn't allow eating just whenever i get hungry. the problem is, once i starteating i eat to much. how can i control this? help! i rate high!
eat carbs, like bread, and drink a lot of water. eat in preportions. eat just a bowl of chips, dont take the whole bag, and dont eat out of the bag.

1-2 weeks, ive gotten them before, the 1st lasted around 1 month, but the second, i got a year later, barely lasted 1 week.
it really depends, and where you get it too.
i got mine on the lower side of my stumach! :)
