i am not uaually hungry, but my schedule doesn't allow eating just whenever i get hungry. the problem is, once i starteating i eat to much. how can i control this? help! i rate high!

K2204 answered Tuesday June 28 2005, 2:59 pm: eat carbs, like bread, and drink a lot of water. eat in preportions. eat just a bowl of chips, dont take the whole bag, and dont eat out of the bag.
