Well I would go to a consignment store where they sell used clothes that were really expensive or sold at stores that are cool in the mall! They always knock them down a lot! You could even go to stores like Kohls or Target because they always have sells and there clothes are really cute and in style!!

I am very much obsessed. they have the greatest clothes and for the most part, they're very cheap!
once you start shopping there, you'll find there really is no point to any other clothing store!

the only thing is, the website isn't the greatest because they don't show very many clothes and you can't shop online (as far as i know!) but, you can download a catalog so that might help you a bit.
i think the best thing to do is find if there is a store location near you and then just go and check it out for yourself. it's one of those stores though, that you really need to spend a long time in and look carefully through because they have so, so many things that sometimes you could miss good stuff! when i first started shopping there i would always bypass stuff but i've since gotten used to it! haha i'm sure you'll do fine though and you'll be able to find a ton of great stuff!

most stores that sell clothes for like..teenagers and stuff aren't really that expensive at all and they real cute stuff. try, Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21 (real cheap.), Gadzooks, Rave is as cheap as anything but the clothes are kinda crappy but ocasionaly theres cute stuff (same with DEB), and basically you can find cheap clothes anywhere that has a sale at the time. stores like jc penny, hects, belk, and kohls normally have a lot of cute cheap stuff...but no matter where u buy ur clothes, ALWAYS wash them before you wear them. bc they spray pesticides and stuff on them when they're being shipped and you probably don't want that all over your skin

Personally, I think one of the best places to get great clothes is Marshalls. You can find guess, abercrombie, also AE jeans at a decent price. Regularly, guess jeans can cost like 95 dollars. At Marshalls, they are like 19.95. Now thats a good deal! Here are some other stores also carry cheap clothes.
-Forever 21 .. you have to hunt around here, but you do find great stuff.
-Charlotte Russe .. doesnt always have great things, but u can find amazing stuff.
-T.J. Maxx .. same as Marshalls, just isnt as great on deals.
-579 .. cheap jeans!!
-Mandee .. great store, clothes are not high quality though.
