i always feel like i am not good enough fo ne one and that i am just hiddiously ugly and idk maybe i am crazy but when i look at myself in the mirror i see ugly and fat nothing else and i really dont want to feel that way and i really just wanna change my feelings but i cant>>>>plz help me!!! i wanna feel like i am needed and to feel like i am pretty and wanted on earth

Okay first off I am positive you are not "ugly" or "fat." You might now know it now, but there is someone out there for everyone, you just havent found the right person yet, and that person will tell you that you are beautiful, and you ARE wanted on this earth. You should start looking at life for the positive things and not anything negitive. Someone out you on this earth for a reason, you just might not know what that reason is, but you will findout sometime in your life. I hope you start feeling better about yourself because mirrors are stupid lol. They seriously are, they bring out the worst in people. I'm thirteen and I want my navel pierced. My Grandparents [who were really strict with my Mom and her sister], are even okay with it. Both of my parents say that I'm too young. But my Dad doesn't live with me, so my Mom can still say yes. I asked her why she wouldn't let me get it done and she said 1] that she thinks if I got that done I would want my nipples done or something crazy like that. 2] she thinks I would walk around with belly shirts or something. I told her I'm not a whore like that and that I wouldn't do either of those. And my question to you is do you think I'm too young? And what do you think I should do to convince my Mom?

I think it might be kinda young, eventhough I do know some girls my age that have theres done already. But there are risks of getting it done such as if they put it in the wrong way you can die, because it could hit something in your stomach *idk what thou* And yeah, thats just to inform you. As far as your parents your dad is still your guardian and you arnt 18 yet so you still have to obey there rules. well my ex boyfriends birthday is coming up and we decided we were gonna spend the day together after school or the following day together! weve been broken up for almost 7 months now! ya i know a really long time! but through it all weve been like best of friends and we talk all the time! and weve hung out twice this summer! well he does tell me he knows we both want to be together but it wont work right now because he is dating another girl but they arent going out cause she cant have a boyfriend! and even after being broke up hes like i love u and i always will! and just last night he said he missed us! and i still really care about him! but anyways for his bday i wanna do something really cute! i was already thinking about making him a cake and decorating it all cute and getting him a card! but i was trying to think of something else special i could do to show him how much i care! any ideas? thanks so much!

Well since his birthday is durring the school, you should decorate his locker and fill it up with balloons. And then if you wanted to do something with him after school you should go out to dinner or something or go to a movie, but dont tell him. Send him notes and clues durring the day of what you are going to do with him after school such as like(if it were like idk, a movie theather or something): "Popcorn" and then attachted to that had a mini popcorn bag idk just do some things that are really cute! how do u do leg lifts?

lay on your back and then keep your feet flexed and raise them above the ground. Not at a complete 90ยบ, but untill you get a good foot off the ground. then lower your feet without letting them touch the ground again. You should do 3 sets of 15 each day! I hope I helped! ♥Andie

That is what happeneds to me a lot. I havent hung out with my best friend all summer, and by the time we actually both have time to do somethign together i always have plans before she asks me, and i feel bad about it, but I dont wanna just ditch the people I already made plans with. But its kinda hard. But anyway, maybe she still wants to be best friends with you, but then also watns to get to know the friends that she just met. And her cutting issue, no matter what she says back you have to talk to her about it before she MIGHT do it. You are doing the right thing talking to her when she isnt having her best days because even if it doesnt seem like you are doing much for her by just talking, you probably are doing a whole lot more than you think you are! Hey well i think that you should stop. I know how you feel i use to do it myself, but then i realized that all i am doing is hurting myself and I am sure that there are people out there that care about you and are also getting affected by this. And if your mom know about this, wouldnt she try to help you out with it, and talk to you about what is going on. I think that you should do what I do, get some hair ties and put them on your wrist and whenever you feel like cutting snap it a couple of times, it realives the pain for me. The most you will have is a red mark from the snap and thats all. Also when I was basicly in my "depressed" stage i would just write all of my feelings down in this book and then when it was full i burned it. I know that it sounds kinda creepy but then I just realized that the past is in the past and I should just forget about it all because I was in a place were I didnt want to be, I HATEd being unhappy all the time. I really like this one guy.. we went out this year.. but off and on about 4 times.. we never did anything.. yet i still always kept my same feelings for him, and i havent seen him since graduation.. and i dont think im ever gonna see him again.. cuz im going to a different school than him.. and if we cant even keep a friendship during the summer i cant believe how hard it would be keeping a friendship with everything going on in school.. well ok, but my friends like all hated him, they all judged him on how he acted in school.. That is what I am doing with some of my friends that are in a different grade then me because I will be going to highschool and they will be in 8th grade. hmm... Whenever guys call me we just talk about things we use to do like in school (nothing bad lol or probably what you are thinking) like good times. I think it is just entertaining on the guy just thinking of something random and then we talk about that subject for hours like if it is about bubbles..yeah..that is how kool we are..we would talk about the episode in spongebob or idk just something randomd. Just dont be nervous because then you will forget everything you are going to talk to her about.
