That's not always true. For some females, yes, those days are the worst, and for others, it may not be. It depends on female's period cycle so there's no actual answer for this.

Most girls have at least one day (for me it was usually two... lucky me has a break until January) where their period is heavier than any other day.
I know it stinks, but it's normal.

Every girls period is different. And a lot of the time, every seperate menstrual cycle in ONE GIRL's cycle is different. One time you may have a hard period around the 2-4th days. Another time it may be the first day thats the roughest. It's ALWAYS different from person to person, cycle to cycle.

well, its different for most girls. For most girls it bleeds alot on the 3rd day. Usually your periods goes on for 1 week or two.

I would say yes, I think most people suffer from cramps through the first few days. don't worry though.
