I'm in track and I do the hurdles. And I made it to states ( i got 15.07)at the regular meet but when I practice i get like 17.00. And i have no clue why I don't do good at practice. Like a try and stuff like that but i dont know it's weird. Does anyone have advice to be better at hurdles or anything?

you might not be as fast at practice because your not as motivated. that happens in all the sports i play and look at it this way, at least its not the reverse!

If You have ance between your eyebrows and then your pluck your eyebrows, then the acne goes away over time, then you pluck again, can the tweezers be infected and cause the acne to come back when you use the tweezers?

yeah it will spread.. just dip them in rubbing alcohol to disinfect and put soe on the area you are plucking at before and after you do it. this should do it.

Hello, Im 28 and I was talking to a member of the opposite sex online one day, and I asked them what they were wearing at that time. They replied with the type of clothing they were wearing. They then unexpectedly turned the question around on me and said that since they had answered my question, I had to answer the same one for them. After some persuasion, I timidly admited that I was actually naked at that time. They did not take offence at knowing this. It felt risque at first, but afterwards, I felt kinda releaved to have been able to tell a member of the opposite sex that I was nude. Was it wrong to tell someone of the opposite sex about my nudity when chatting with them? Anyone else have any oppinions or suggestions?

i suggest not saying that you are naked. you might end up with a bunch of creepy stalkers lookin for an easy (undressed) target. it doesnt really matter what your waring unless your plannin on cyber.

Hey. Today is my friend's b-day. He's turning 16, and we've been friends for about 12 or so years. (yeah, it's a lot lol) Well, I kind of don't know what to get him. I'm not sure what he likes. My friend and I have this suggestion. There is a pic of me and him when we were about 4, and since I have doubles, we were thinking about getting a nice picture frame to put it in. Is that a good idea? I'm pretty sure he's the kind of type who would think it's cute. He's kind of a ladies man lol. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.

ok, im caught between to guys & im currently with one of them. theyre friends-not too close but i feel like im kinda comming between them.
the first guy, my bf...well we have some communication issues. meaning we rarely talk & when we do its not for very long. its our first relationship, were both shy at times & he doesnt get out much (unlike me) he hasnt kissed me ever or gone on a date with me in a long time.
the second guy...i got him together with his ex.(she dumped him b/c she was into girls.) we take martial arts together & were together alot then he said he likes me. we talk online all the time even if he said he likes me b/c honestly, im attracted. i cant really say i am b/c im with his friend. he says a lot of sweet things too and since i have doubts about the 1st guy, i cant help but take it in positavly.
well yesterday he told me he wanted to kiss me after we talked for a really long time. its really weird cuz neither one of us agrees with cheating but for some reason, its almost impossible to avoid.

well this might hard at first but i suggest you tell him. if he doesnt know, he cant do anything to lead to a relationship. any change in behavior (uncharecteristically quiet, talkative, blushing) are signs that he likes you. just hang out with him a ton until you work up the courage to tell him. you never know, he may like you too.

yes you are "underage". the law was put in because some people that were "of age" took advantage of the minor. this also happens with a 13 year old with a 17 year old, the 4 year difference is enough for the 17 yr old to get in trouble. all it means is you cant have a sexual relationship with him so say your parents caught you, he would be in trouble. some parents dont care about the age difference but when they catch them, they turn the adult in. thats about it. hope this helps!

i hate when that happens! i usually just bear it for a while til it grows out. if you absolutely have it, get extentions. i think you can keep them in until your hair is a little longer. hope this helps!

you probably put it in wrong or broken your hymen. its NOT safe to wear tampons when you do not have your period. im not sure on the exact details but im pretty sure you cant get TSS if it isnt absorbing what it is meant to.

ok well if you dont look fat then you arent. your probably really muscular. there is no safe way to lose 10 pounds in a week. even if you didnt eat at and worked out 3 hours a day its not possible. and if it did work, youd be very unhealthy. well the best pace to lose weight at is about 2 pounds per week or 10 pounds a month. try laying off junk food, pop, and sweet. lower you portions a bit, but not so much your starving. there are no bad foods- everything is good in moderation. hope this helps!

well after the first trimester of the pregnancy, she should be showing some signs of it. i highly advise that she takes a test. depending on how old she is or how long shes had her period, it could be harder to tell. good luck.

ok, i have this friend, actually she is my girl friend, her name is kelly, and kelly is really good friends with amy. but amy is one of those people that her mom babies the HELL out of. and my mom keeps tellin me to try to stay away from those types of people cause in highschool and colage they are the ones who end up doing drugs-sex-alchohal (sp) ect... and i really want to keep kelly away from all that. youre right, amy will end up doing stuff like that cuz shes never seem beyond her home town. i have a friend like that whose a good little girl and i swear shes gonna be the only pregnant teen in college i will know personally. its good that you care about kelly, she will realize what you will save her from in the long run. your mom is totally right...its bad for her, and you if your still with her. if shes exposed, she could get involved or become bi. by the way, i doubt amy would do anything in high school if shes anything like the girl i know...it wont be till college and i doubt theyll be friends then. and seriously, are they really that good of friends? some ppl are just pushed into it by family members, classes together, or just b/c they feel sorry for them. amy sounds pitiful...that may be why. *honest opinion guarenteed*

my period is coming up real soon, and every single one of my friends have told me that tampons work wonders. hey your mom's regulars could potetially harm you so if you cant convince your mom that you are "ready" then get some from your friends. if you want, just buy them at the store and hide them. its not a big deal. try asking your mom and explain that summer is comming up, she should understand.
