(13/f) im 160 pounds. I dont really look fat but i weigh a lot. Does anyone know how to lose maybe like 10 pounds in a week? what are some good foods to eat, certain excersizes.. and ill rate 5's to anyone who gives me a diet plan and excersize plan for the 7 days!!! 1's go to jerks!

if you are muscular or tall thatis good, but if you way that much and are short, you might want to cut some of the snacks and do a lotof exercises maybe do a denise austin( how ot lose those lsat few pounds) or (south beach diet) there healthy diets, and won' tget u sick ]
ok well if you dont look fat then you arent. your probably really muscular. there is no safe way to lose 10 pounds in a week. even if you didnt eat at and worked out 3 hours a day its not possible. and if it did work, youd be very unhealthy. well the best pace to lose weight at is about 2 pounds per week or 10 pounds a month. try laying off junk food, pop, and sweet. lower you portions a bit, but not so much your starving. there are no bad foods- everything is good in moderation. hope this helps! <3 ]

10 lbs a week isn't safe, nor will you keep it off. The longer is takes to lose the weight=the harder is is to gain it all back. You should lose is slowly and safely. Here are some good tips: Cut back on junk--think like this, "Ice Cream? Do I really want it now? I can always have ice cream, it'll always be there when I want some". That'll help you to not eat things just because they're there. Eat when you're hungry, and eat healthy. Avoid the word "diet". As a former friend once told me "Going on a diet makes it seem like...once you lose the weight you want, you'll just go back to your poor eating habits. But eating healthy can last forever". When your mom goes shopping, go with her. And try to encourage her to substitute things for fat free or low fat items. Buy fruits and veggies, also. Another good tip my friend gave me was less food+more exercise=weight loss. So also, you should try to exercise about 45 minutes a day. Go walking, jogging, to the gym, swimming, whatever. i think that 160 lbs. is a perfect weight i dont think that any person should try to change who u r! ]
10 pounds in a week is not HEALTHY! The best thing to do it slowely work up the speed and umm well you are slightely over weight (not health) I am a 13/f and i weigh 115 ... Just drop out junk foods and pop and cutt down on the carbs the carb diet works my dad was doing it and got down to loosing a pound a day!!!!
