I'm in track and I do the hurdles. And I made it to states ( i got 15.07)at the regular meet but when I practice i get like 17.00. And i have no clue why I don't do good at practice. Like a try and stuff like that but i dont know it's weird. Does anyone have advice to be better at hurdles or anything?<33Kate

Jess5764 answered Thursday May 19 2005, 9:49 pm: you don't do as well at practice because you don't have the adrenaline that you do in races, its normal you shouldn't be able to go as fast in practice [ Jess5764's advice column | Ask Jess5764 A Question ]
