One of my best friends thinks she fat when she's really not and she says she on a diet. When I asked her though if she was on a starvation diet, she said "Next subject please." That tells me she needs help. I don't know what I should do though. I'm really worried about her. Should I tell someone even though she made me promise not to?

I know how you feel but now i dont have a best friend cause she was just sooooo grr she always came up with a way to make us fight and now we aren't friends but i sosososo dont want that to happen to u at all. You should try talking to he/her and if that doesnt work then when you are fighting just stop and think then say "look we shouldnt be fighting like this. were bestfriend and little things shouldnt get in the way of that."

Well actualy i do have a recipe for you,
you boil 1/2 a box of spagettie
a whole box of rice.
then you make 2 cans of corn and 1 can of green beans and in the green beans put 2 shakes of onion powder and 1 shake of garlic then you make some meat balls (about as big as a Quorder. mix it all to gether and you got your self a speggetti surprise.

Okay i know that all scary movies are fake and stuff. It's just that at night when I'm in my bed i always think about the grudge, freddy, jason, micheal myers, and all that stuff. And i don't know how to stop thinking about it. And one time I was at a party and I did Bloody Mary which scared the crap at of me. And after i did it I got so scared i had to sleep with my parents for like 5 months and at school someone would have to come to the bathroom with me(not in the same stall though) But anyways.. I don't know how to not be scared any more.. Does anyone have ideas? (link)

I'm in track and I do the hurdles. And I made it to states ( i got 15.07)at the regular meet but when I practice i get like 17.00. And i have no clue why I don't do good at practice. Like a try and stuff like that but i dont know it's weird. Does anyone have advice to be better at hurdles or anything? (link)

im not saying im fat but i just wanted to go on a diet that would help me lose some stomach fat off. i have some rolls on my stomach and the rest of my body is fine and i was wondering what kinds of foods i should eat and avoid and what workouts are great.. and if you say try running outside i cant but i can use the stairs in the house that i have (link)

I had the same thing, here is what i did: i would eat a salid and some fruit once every day and every day i would stay away from candy and ice cream and things with a lot of fat, before eating something check how much total fat it has and if it is more than 15% then dont eat that much of it but dont over due your diet.

The American Eskimo. It is the same as a Minerature Samoyed and is very easy to train.

I just had to put my cat to sleep due to blindness and its hard for me, because hes older than i am!!!!! he's 17 years old and i've had him since he was born. he was just the sweetest cat ever and he was sort of my best friend. does anyone have any tips of how to make this pain go away??

ok i have some advice for you, when you 2 are alone together , like with no one in the house and stuff, lock the doores and then try watching a movie with her that has a sex seen and during the whole movie start kissing and hugging her and then start taking off her clolthes and stuff
