The American Eskimo. It is the same as a Minerature Samoyed and is very easy to train.
go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
and you can see some pics of them and stuff.

Please, never get a dog if you think you can get a "low maintenance and cheap" dog.

There is no such thing.

Not many dogs are cheap...but smaller dogs are normally a little more low maintenence.

Try a:

Papillon
Lhasa Apso
Shih Tzu

:)GoodLuck:)

Saynotogymclass answered Tuesday May 17 2005, 5:12 pm:
Theres no dog that is low maitenance and there is no specific breed that is cheaper than another. If you want a cheap dog you may also realize that along with the cost of the dog you have vet bills, food, toys, and other costs that come along with having a dog. So really there is no cheap dog.

jbdreamer answered Tuesday May 17 2005, 5:08 pm:
For a cheap dog, go to the Humane Society and rescue a dog. Not only is it cheap, but it feels good too! You can take many dogs out and get to know them to figure out thier temperment. Others suggested Terriers, but the tend to bark a lot. Honeslty, every dog is different, no matter their breed. You'll know it when you find the right one.

shake answered Tuesday May 17 2005, 5:07 pm:
No. I like the ones you buy cheap and shoot at as they tear across your yard.

Make sure its small, fast, and cheap.

Then start target practice. Any small arms weapon will do just fine. Even a BB gun. It'll be just pure fun.

heyy .. there are certain types of dogs that are cheap it reallt depends on where you buy them and there are certain types of dogs that are low matience it really depends on there personality like all my dogs are chiwawas i have 3 and they were all different prices at the same store and there all the same kind and 2 are high matience and 1 is low it really depends on what one you pick so just keep looking around for one that is cute and one that you like for a reasonable price and remember keep your options open !

Yorshire Terrier. They are easier to take care of, they are small dogs but they love attention. They arent that expensive about $300 but they are super adorale and really fun! x0`
