diet im not saying im fat but i just wanted to go on a diet that would help me lose some stomach fat off. i have some rolls on my stomach and the rest of my body is fine and i was wondering what kinds of foods i should eat and avoid and what workouts are great.. and if you say try running outside i cant but i can use the stairs in the house that i have

Well..some foods that you should probably stay away from is all your basic fatty foods like chips, cookies, sweets ect. Instead of grubbing on a candy bar grab a carrot insted!!! Also another smart thing to do mite be replacing water for alot of stuff u drink..remember waters always good!!! Some excersises are Curl Up's, Sit ups, Crunches and so forth!!!Good luk!!!

It's completely possible to shed some weight by simply choosing healthieR foods!! TRy cutting soda out of youR diet COMPLETELY! You'll be AMAZED at how much weight loss is accomplished by simply doing that!! And if you eat stuff like cake and chips... nix those, and gRab an apple oR some stRing cheese instead. CRackeRs and yoguRt aRe also good foR diets. Always Replace ALL WHITE BREAD with WHEAT bRead!! White bRead is the ENEMY; L.O.A.D.E.D with sugaR, just LOADED!! Also, it's impoRtant to RemembeR to dRink LOTS of wateR, and *DO* get some daily exeRcise. Best of luck to you!! =D ]
The key to anything is moderation, but it is a slower process. I am not one to reccommend eliminating any food group. I myself have lost about 40 lbs and it's taken a long time, but I still eat what I want, just less of it.
Situps are a good exercise to get stomach rolls off. ]
My should make sure you eat lots of fruit and vegtables with meals. and drink plenty or water and eat less of high calorie and high fat foods like fizzy rinks , crisps, cakes etc. You can still eat those types of foods but maybe as a treat at the end of the work or somehting like that. For a workout you could easily dance to your favoutie songs or go for a job around your street etc. You could even take up a sports class you like with your friends to get yourslef a bit healther. ]
I'd say , if you eat bread or pasta those are too things you should kinda back off of . DOnt eat so much of them. I know many people who didnt eat a lot of those and lost plenty of weight. I'd stick with chicken -protein , and some good protein meats. No junk food , and if u do very little.They even have this good soda its diet called waist wacthers , they make it with splenda insted of real sugar and it takes like regular soda. There is a diet you could look up and read about its called the south beach diet. Believe me im going to be trying it very soon. Plush veggies n fruits are good. ]
I had the same thing, here is what i did: i would eat a salid and some fruit once every day and every day i would stay away from candy and ice cream and things with a lot of fat, before eating something check how much total fat it has and if it is more than 15% then dont eat that much of it but dont over due your diet. ]
