kinda hard to explain lol, but here it goes. its when you touch yourself or do things that pleasure you sexually (such as rubbing yourself or jacking off). well, its healthy and ive heard its good for you but some religions dont believe in it. my motto, they dont see you doin it, so how can they stop you. by the way, dont do it in public...you can get arrested. hope this answers it n thx for askin! <3
