Stretch marks fade over time, although they never completely disappear.
You really shouldn't worry about it. Believe me, no normal guy is going to go over a girl with a magnifying glass, looking for flaws before having sex. Our brains just don't work that way. And in any case, NOBODY is perfect.
If you're underage I recommend waiting to have sex, by the way; and for most people, "underage" means under 18 or so. Not because it's illegal, but because most people under that age simply aren't mature enough to be really ready for sex.
Having said that, if you decide to do this, do your best to relax and enjoy it as much as you can. It's the only first time you'll ever have, after all. As for pain, some women experience some pain and others don't. It depends on how relaxed they are, how much lubrication (natural or applied) is involved, relative sizes, and (of course) whether or not the hymen is intact.
Whoops, almost forgot the most important part: TALK TO YOUR OB/GYN. You absolutely need to use birth control if you are going to have sex. And if you're not absolutely 100% sure that you're both free of STDs, use a condom - and read the instructions to make sure that you're using it right.
Good luck!
Follow-up: Sorry, but I missed two things. One is that you're 16, and I DEFINITELY recommend waiting. You're too young. And the other thing is that jbdreamer is absolutely right: if you're not comfortable with him looking at you naked, then you really don't trust him enough to have sex with him.
Sex isn't just a physical thing. It's emotional, too. If love or something really close to love isn't involved, it's not much more than mutual masturbation. You deserve better than that for your first time. And I think you'll be happier if you wait until you meet someone you really love. As long as you don't wait until you're 30, of course!
Please consider waiting.

I am a girl and was wondering if any other girls have the same thing that I have. Well this is going to sound really gross, but here goes. I have hair growing inside of my butt cheeks, right near my anus. It's not just fine hair either, it's dark and course, like the same type of hair that I have growing on my vagina. I goes all the way up my butt cheeks. It's so embarrassing! I also have dark hairs growing on my breasts, right around my nipples. My question is: is this normal? And if it's not, what can I do to get rid of it? It's too hard to shave down there. I would appreciate any advice!! (link)
|
It's not uncommon. I suspect that beauty salons and hair-removal places have some way of dealing with it, but I'll leave that to someone else to answer since I don't really know.
But please ignore xoBrowneyes' answer. That sort of thing is simply an abuse of this site.

I have a cd burner drive but no program to burn it. I have found this website http://www.nch.com.au/burn/
where i can download a program express burn for free.
I want to know if it is 1 good
2 legal
3 virus free
4 easy to use
5 easy to install
6 not just a scam and i have to pay later
7 and if any one would reccomend that program or any other freeware I can use to burn cd's
(link)
|
I've had good results with CDBurnerXP Pro. It meets all of those requirements.
http://www.cdburnerxp.se/
The one drawback it has is that it can't simply copy a CD. I haven't found a free burning program yet that will. But Nero works perfectly for that. Unfortunately it's $79 bucks.

I am a little on the shy and reserved side. I am a nice person and have a big heart. My problem is that I have a really hard time finding a nice bf. It seems like all the nice guys are taken. I'm not and never have been into casuel sex and one night stands. I want to have a permanent partner. How can I find a nice guy? I'm nearing 30 and I really wish I could get married and start a family. But I need to find the right guy first! Does anyone have any suggestions? (link)

I've answered this question several times recently, so I hope you don't mind if I give you a link to one of those answers rather than just copy and paste it all over again.
http://www.advicenators.com/qview.php?q=408945
Just in case the link doesn't work, here it is in a nutshell: I recommend dating sites. Preferably two: one for your favorite hobby or field of interest, and another more general one like Match.com.
If it worked for a shy guy like me, it can work for you. My wife seems pretty pleased with the results, too. And of course we're both really pleased with our little boy. Incidentally, we were both well over 30 when we met online.
Good luck!

I really want to find the right guy (link)
|
I'm sorry that you were assaulted.
Online dating services are a good place to meet people. That way you can find out if your personalities are compatible before you have to deal with phsyical issues. Generally I recommend trying two different services simultaneously; one that's focused on your favorite hobby or area of interest (there are services for almost any category you can imagine, from Star Trek fans to spelunkers), and a more general one in order to cast a wider net.
I found my wife through Match.com, so I can recommend them. Just don't spend too much money. And make sure to go in with your eyes open; unfortunately some people do lie online, just like in the real world.
Never put yourself in a position where you don't have an out. The first few real-world dates should always be in a very public place, and stay there. Resist the urge to have sex early in the relationship; there's nothing wrong with premarital sex (as least, I don't think so), but if you get physical too early it tends to reduce the chance for a successful relationship.
I wish you the best of luck.
Followup: Since you're underage, you can pretty much ignore the advice about premarital sex. You'll be happier if you wait. As for dating...if you're not comfortable with dating sites (and I suspect that most of them won't accept underage members), you might just want to try online areas where you can meet people who share your interests. Otherwise, I'm sorry, but there's no easy way to change what people think about you.
It's not fair, but that's how it is. Do your best to ignore them, and lead your life as YOU want to. Focusing on schoolwork will help, and it will give you more options when the time comes for you to leave home.
You probably already know this, but after an experience like the one you went through, it would probably be a good idea to talk to a therapist.
I hope you find the love that you deserve.

I have a fake ficus tree that is really dusty. Is there a good way to clean it without haveing to wipe down each individual leaf? (link)
|
Use an air blaster (aka "canned air"). Do it outside, so you don't get dust all over the place.
Another possibility is a feather duster or one of those "dust magnet" dusters.

For some reason I doubt that this question will stay up for long. :D
You might try Google. Just make sure that your anti-virus software is totally up to date.
And of course you could always go back to the classics.
Good luck!

Ohk i have a serious question.
And sorry its going to be kinda of long but i would really appreciate if you guys took the time to read this.
i Just watched True life the one about obessive Compulsive disorder. Well alot of the Things those People were doing kinda reminded myself of me. Like not what they would do like count and retouch things because it didnt feel right but heres some things i do.
Thourgh Out the day i make sure all the doors are locked all of them- i dont know why it just bothers me
-Before i go to bed i make sure the doors are locked and the closet on the first floor. When i go in my bedroom i check my closet and make sure my window is locked. Like two days ago i had to make sure my door was locked because i heard something out in the kitchen.
Im afraid of someone coming into my house and taking me. I watch alot of law and order and Csi.
But i dont think that would have any thing to do with it.
-im terrified of needles. When i go to get blood drawn or shots. I start to cry.
-When i see needles on the tv i have to cover my eyes or look the other way. My mom is diabetic and she has to use insulin with the needles i looking at her while she does it.
When i was little i had this dream of me and my friend getting kidnapped by a doctor and he shoved needles in us and i died.
-i Cant throw-up if i do by getting sick or something i won't eat nothing for like the next three days.
-At school with my lockers ill lock them and then check 5-6 times to make sure theres no way anyone can open the locker - I have had my purse stolen from me and my locker broke into before like 3 years ago.
-At work I have to sign off the register everytime i walk away form it. I constantly walk to make sure im off.
I dont really know if this could be ocd. or its just being a strange person. Im 17/f

What you describe could be OCD, or it could just be normal nervousness, or psychosomatic illness. There's no way for us to know.
And really the only way that you CAN know is to get a referral from your primary care doctor to a behavioral specialist for an evaluation. Or you may be able to call your health insurance company (if you have one) directly for a referral.
But don't let them send you to a social worker; insurance companies prefer social workers for behavioral issues because they're much cheaper, but they're not licensed to dispense medication and their qualifications not the same. Psychiatrists are medical doctors with a specialty in behavioral health. You should be able to request one. But you'd be best off talking to your regular doctor about the issue first.
Don't be embarrassed - lots of people have gone through this. And just in case you were wondering, no one will know that you've had an evaluation - not your friends, not your school, not your workplace.
Well, unless you TELL them, of course. And that's up to you.
Good luck!

Me and my mom are going to sign up for Jenny Creig tomorrow. Has anyone ever tried it or does anyone know anyone who has? Does it work? (link)
|
Since I researched a similar question a while ago, I hope you don't mind if I just paste the same answer in again.
Six weeks of Jenny Craig can run you about $600 for everything.
Meals are $65 a week, supplements are $4.50 a week, and you have to buy additional fruits and vegetables. Sometimes they offer special discounts, but you're almost certainly still looking at over $75 per week.
And remember, watch or read their ads carefully and you'll see the words "results not typical". Lots of people lose very little weight or no weight at all on programs like Jenny Craig. A few people lose a LOT of weight - they're the people that they put into the advertisements. But those people have great metabolisms, and would probably have lost weight using ANY program, or just a home program of sensible eating and exercise.
And that's your best choice in any case, unless you're really overweight (I'm talking 60 lbs. or more, for most people). By making sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drinking LOTS of water, cutting down on sugar and fats, and getting some exercise every day, you'll get better results than you're likely to get from Jenny Craig. And it will cost you a LOT less money, and you'll develop healthy habits that will stay with you for life.
You have to enjoy your new habits - that's the key. If you can find a way to have fun eating more fruits and vegetables, and exercising, you're more likely to stick with it. Remember, none of this should be torture! Walking is a fine exercise, and so is swimming. Mild weight-training will tone up your muscles and give you a better shape. Cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, jogging, swimming, biking, or aerobics) will rev up your metabolism, helping your body to burn fat more quickly even when you're sleeping! And you'll find that you have a lot more energy and can sleep better, too.
If you're severely overweight, speak to your doctor. S/he may recommend a medically-supervised liquid diet program, or even some form of stomach surgery such as stapling or banding. But unless you're grotesquely obese, that's really unlikely.
And please remember that stomach surgery is serious. Some people die from it every year, and if you've never had surgery, take my word for it: it's NOTHING like what they show on TV. On TV people go into surgery and within half an hour on the show they're awake and feeling fine. What they don't show you on TV is that even after minor surgery, you HURT. You KNOW your body has been cut open, and it hurts for quite a while. Medication can make that tolerable, but no one in their right mind would get surgery if they could get the same results by a healthy program of eating and exercise.
Good luck!
Followup: You might want to show this answer to your mother. As for diets, most of them don't work. They require the sort of willpower that most of us just don't have. But if you talk to your doctor, she or he should be able to get you started on making the lifestyle changes that can lead to safe, permanent weight loss and a healthier, longer life.
The Jenny Craig corporation makes many millions of dollars every year. Hundreds of thousands of people go there. If they had a magic cure for obesity, you'd not only have heard it by now, you'd know people who'd GONE there and lost a lot of weight. And they wouldn't need to advertise.
Promising great results for almost no effort is a great way to make a lot of money, but it's not a good way to help people.
For the money that you'd spend on Jenny Craig you could both join a gym (it's a lot easier to stay with a workout program when you've got someone else to work out with), and have some sessions with a personal trainer and nutrition counselor to boot. And the results would almost certainly be a lot better.
For the price of six months of Jenny Craig, you could both go on a medically-supervised liquid diet. Your doctor can tell you more about those. Last I heard, those had a success rate of over 75%, at least for those programs that include additional training in healthy eating.
And remember that you'll have to sign a contract with the Jenny Craig corporation that will lock you in to a long-term commitment.
Really, you can both do better for yourselves - and save a lot of money at the same time.
Good luck!

Dose anyone know what the odds are of getting pregant by the put out method? Cuz he didn't cum in me but i didn't know what the odds are of getting pregant by per-cum or whatever it's called. ~Thanks (link)

Apparently the odds are 19%.

You're playing Russian roulette with your body and your future. Sooner or later (and probably sooner) you'll lose.
It would be a LOT smarter to talk to your OB/GYN about your birth control options.
Good luck!

dose the clear liqurd that guys have leak out of there penis when there hard does that have sperm in it? (link)

Yes. And it can cause pregnancy.

Alright, a question for the boys out there...
on deciding physically if a woman is attractive, what counts more; her body or her face?
I'll put it this way--would you rather have a girl who has this amazing beautiful face and an okay body--or a girl with an okay face but an amazing body?
kthnx (link)
|
You left out personality.
I can't speak for every other guy, but for me, personality is probably the biggest factor. I've known girls who by most definitions were overweight and not that pretty, but men CLUSTERED around them, ignoring girls who were technically prettier.
And more than anything else, I think it was because those girls were a lot nicer and friendlier than the others. There's one that I remember in particular who had a smile that just knocked every guy who saw it out.
Of course, some guys are pigs. But I think that even they would prefer a girl with a nice personality over one with the best looks or body, unless they were looking for a one-night-stand or a hooker.
Because a body you only really see when her clothes come off. A face you see most of the time. But a personality is ALWAYS there. In the dark. When you're in different rooms. Over the phone. Whenever.
In the end, we all want to feel loved. The face and body are secondary.

Please do not delete Im honestly 100% want to know this.
Do you believe in Aliens?
Life on other planets, Aliens.
Thank you.
(link)
|
It's tough to answer a question when we have so little information to work with.
However, observations have shown that there are almost certainly a high number of planets in the universe. The most recent news (from last week) includes Earth-like planets. Given the size of the universe, that makes it very likely that alien life exists out there - quite possibly many different species, even intelligent ones.
But the speed of light is such a strict limiting factor that there's no way that we know of for aliens to have ever visited us. So flying saucers and aliens who probe frustrated suburbanites and backwoods yokels are purely imaginary.
Just so you can get a clearer idea of the distances involved: Alpha Centauri is the closest star to our own, and it's 4.22 light years away.
A light year is the distance that light travels in a year, and it's 5,865,696,000,000 miles - that's nearly six TRILLION miles.
Times 4.22 is 24,753,237,120,000 miles. Which is just under 25 trillion miles.
That distance is, unfortunately, completely beyond human understanding (just like the US national debt, which is over 8 trillion as I write this). But it's impossibly, insanely far.
So my answer is yes, they're probably out there. But they've never visited, and the human race is not likely to ever meet them, unless some way of exceeding or bypassing the speed of light is found. There have been some faint indications that something of the sort might be imaginable, some day, but as it stands FTL (faster-than-light travel) remains in the realm of science fiction.

what happens when you run outta answers, and you dont know what to do anymore? what happens when your not happy with yourself and your lost and confused? what happens when you think your fat and everyone else tells you your wrong? what happens when you lose your bestfriend because shes just not the same anymore? what happens when you life falls apart? (link)

You ask for help.
We're social creatures, you know. And that's one of the reasons that we're the most successful species on this planet: we help each other.
There are people out there who can help you get through this. You don't have to suffer through it alone. Talk to your parents, to a counselor, to a spiritual advisor - any adult that you trust. Or talk to your doctor. It sounds to me as if you're simply going through a really bad time; that is, you haven't described anything that sounds like a mental illness to me (although I'm not a behavioral specialist). But it really sounds as if you need to talk to someone to help you get through this.
So please take that step, and get some help. It's nothing to be ashamed of; almost everyone has gone though something like this at some point in their lives.
I wish you the best of luck.

what age to people start masabating? (link)

When they feel the desire. Even some toddlers masturbate, although that's not *quite* the same as adult masturbation. Ultrasounds of fetuses in the womb have shown that many of them masturbate even before they're born!
Which is perfectly natural.

If I take paracetamol today (for period pains) will it be safe to eat hash cookies tonight? (link)

Since marijuana is still illegal in most US states (although not for people with a prescription in mine, actually), there have been very few studies about its effect in combination with legal medications. I'm sorry, but I don't see how anyone could possibly answer this question.

I NEED HELP RESTORING MY LAPTOP! i've tried things, but it never seems to work. it has a trojan virus, and its screwing my computer up! please help
any advice would be greatly appreciated! (link)
|
Install a good antivirus program. I recommend AntiVir, because it's free, updates frequently, and is easy on your system. I have to specifically recommend against using McAfee, because they were a total nightmare for me and a lot of other people that I know - and McAfee's antivirus program slows many systems down to a crawl.
While you're at it, you should also download and install the following free programs:
Ad-aware from Lavasoft - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
Spybot-Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
SpywareBlaster - http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
Once you've installed those programs, update each one of them. That's pretty easy to do, just look for the "Update" option in each program. You need to get them fully up to date. Then run a full system scan with each program (except SpywareBlaster, which doesn't have a scan option - it just blocks spyware).
Good luck!

i'm a 14/f
when i masterbate i bleed and hurt a ton!
i used to do it all of the time, but lately i havn't bc it hurts to badly
why do i bleed everywhere?! (link)
|
Either you're doing it too hard (which sounds likely, since it hurts), or perhaps you've damaged yourself somehow, and aren't giving yourself enough time to heal.
There's a chance that it could be something else, I guess. In any case, it would be a good idea to talk to your OB/GYN and find out for sure.
Good luck!

Hi, I was wondering where I can find a notebook with carbon copies? Or carbon copy paper at least? Thanks! (I've looked into OfficeMax already) (link)
|
Staples has carbon paper for typewriters. That should work in a notebook as well, although you might need to cut it down to size.
And as always, Google is your friend.
