Paracetamol and marijuana
If I take paracetamol today (for period pains) will it be safe to eat hash cookies tonight?

You will be OK if you combine cannabis with paracetamol. However, if you look at wikipedia's paracetamol page, you will see that "Paracetamol also modulates the endogenous cannabinoid system." [source: wikipedia], and thus there must be some interaction between them.
In my particular case, once I was smoking too much weed for many days and wasnt getting me high anymore. I took 1g of paracetamol for a headache, and when I later smoked I got incredibly high. I dont know if it was something else, but it happened.

youd prolly be cool, i never had any trouble with asprin and pot. if your real worried, and no one seems to know just skip the hash or the paracetamol, for 24 hours. take your pick. personally....i bet youd feel better with your cookies.

Since marijuana is still illegal in most US states (although not for people with a prescription in mine, actually), there have been very few studies about its effect in combination with legal medications. I'm sorry, but I don't see how anyone could possibly answer this question.
