Wow, all the answers so far are totally bogus. He is NOT asking about aspirin or antibiotics at all (look at the crap in the other "answers".
You will be OK if you combine cannabis with paracetamol. However, if you look at wikipedia's paracetamol page, you will see that "Paracetamol also modulates the endogenous cannabinoid system." [source: wikipedia], and thus there must be some interaction between them.
In my particular case, once I was smoking too much weed for many days and wasnt getting me high anymore. I took 1g of paracetamol for a headache, and when I later smoked I got incredibly high. I dont know if it was something else, but it happened.
