im 14 years old. My mom isnt working right now so we dont have alot of money. The clothes i wear are american eagle, aeropostale, hollister, and abercrombie mostly. Well for school my mom said i cant get alot of clothes unless i buy them with my own money. i was wondering if anyone knew a way i could make money for some clothes. The place that i live at there arent that many kids, so i cant baby sit around here. Does anyone have any ideas?

you can get an entire fall wardrobe at kohls/walmart/target/plato's for what it costs for 2 outfits at abercrombie...seriously. but if you MUST pay the extra 200% percent for a label, run a carwash, see old clothes, watch pets, work at a grocery store or find some odd jobs. hope this helps.

I'm 14, and a sophmore. I will be 15 soon, I just have a late birthday. I've done stuff with guys like making out and all because all my boyfriends are always older than me. Like almost everyone in my grade has had sex, done drugs, drinks, stuff like that. Well I just got drunk for the first time the other night, and im still a virgin. Everyone is telling me I shouldnt still be a virgin. Like my sisters friend is 19 and he told me that its normal to lose it when your in highschool. I'm so scared to have sex though because what if it hurts, or I get pregnant, stuff like that ya know? I dont know anything about it either, well I do but I dont know any movements and stuff. Theres this guy whose 18 and I have dated him 2 times, we went to prom and everything and he is a really good friend, when I got drunk everyone told me I was saying that I think I love him. I didnt even know I did. We might get back together because he keeps telling everyone he likes me alot. He calls me and everything so yea. If we did go back out and dated for a long time, would it be alright to have sex? And no im not a geek or ugly or anything lol. Just scared of what's going to happen!

im glad you know the risks and everything but is that really what you wanna do? just to say you did it? you said you loved him when you were drunk, i doubt that means you really love him and want to have sex with him. its ok to date him and everything but do yourself a favor, save the drama and just dont it. but hey if thats what you want, then go for it.

Does shaving your legs make your skin rough and make the hair grow darker? I've been using many other products like exfoliators that don't work, and my parents refuse to buy me a hair removal cream because of the excess of chemicals. I want to shave my legs, but I don't want the hair to be coarse and dark. Is this a myth? Should I shave? My hair is already really dark, because I have black hair...

hey it wont change the color...i have darkk hair too. it does grow back a bit faster but that happens with whatever way you remove hair. i think you should shave if you are ready to do it frequently..its definatly not a one time thing! oh and no, its not much coarser. just be careful!

hmm thats hard to tell. it depends on what they do and the type of guy. some guys flirt like crazy and they have no intentions of being with you and some are looking to being your bf. give me some more info and ill see what i can get from it!!

I recently broke up with my boyfriend who is 16(I'm 14), because he didn't want a relationship and I did. All he wants is friends with bennefits. I told him I wasn't going to do that with him, and he said that was ok. i think you should just not be with him unless its something planned...having dinner and playing putt putt type things. just hanging out can lead to other things out of boredom or the heat of the moment. hope this helps!

well you can usually get a small for around $10 for the tip, give the driver 15-20% tip. like it it ends up being $15, give him $3. when you order, they'll tell you about how long. it can be 15-45 minutes. $25 is pretty much more than enough!

My mother has been getting on my nerves since i was 7 years old. She judges me, yells at me, swears at me, makes fun of me, and flat out makes me sick. I even started to cut myself because of her, but i eventually stopped after 1 year because my friends helped me out. But i cannot take it anymore. My dad & I are bestfriends, i tell him everything, but i dont tell him about my mother. Just because i dont want them to split up or anything. What can i do to make my mom shutup? Plus, i have many brothers, she loves them, talks to them, hugs them, and compliments them. Its just plain sick. Im sick of her act shes pulling agaisnt her ONLY DAUGHTER. Sometimes i do NOTHING and she says, oh god i wish i had another son. I havent told anyone about this, but all my friends know how she is, and i have always hated her. I see all my close friends spending time with thier moms and having close relationships. I run to my friends house to get away sometimes or just sit outside. Even this past mother's day i bought her a card & flowers, she threw the flowers away. What should i do?

wow. just wow. i think your mom has some issues from the past that make her (well i think) a bit jealous of you. moms that judge their daughters tend to have problems with themselves so they put them down to make themselves feel powerful or better. i think you should talk to your dad about this...i did when my mom had a case similar to this. he told her to cool her jets cuz i was his daughter too. well just stay away if you can to avoid conflict and run away anytime you feel the need. hope this helps && leave me one if you need anything else!

i think you are shy and not very stable. i dont think you wanna take a risk...relationships are a HUGE risk. just be comfortable and when he likes you, take it as a great compliment...he likes you for who you are!! how great is that?! then stick around and if you really like him, say yes and there you have it, your first boyfriend! ok hope this helps!

er... well. here goes.

theres a guy I like. He goes to my school. Is in my grade, two of my classes, ect. ect.

I talk to him on AIM, we kinda talk at school, and best of all, he doesn't think I'm fat. (long story. Let's just say I wasn't eating anything and my friends are odd)

But, he knows I like him, and doesn't like me back. He's told me multiple times. (again, my friends are odd) But lately, he's been acting like I'm okay. Usually he acts like he hates me. He even IMed me first on AIM (I know its odd, but hey, I guess I blend in with my friends) which is like, a first. Ever. We've been able to talk more, and we're getting along pretty well.

The bad side is, well, I've liked him for so long, now that he's finally maybe liking me, I don't feel exactly the same. I'm in this odd stage where, I do and don't like him. I mean, he's hurt me so much, but I feel like I love him. I can't control my feelings.

So what I want to know is:
Do you think he likes me?
What should I do if he asks me out?
and
Should I take action?(ME asking him out)

I've been saving up to get an iPod. My mom says that if I can get $100 She'll buy me a 60GB iPod.

well you could get a cheaper mp3 thats not an ipod...like the one from dell (lemme know if you need more info on that) then with the money you save your mom, you can used that towards a cell phone. or if that isnt possible, wait till your next bday to ask for the phone.

i live around chicago IL, and were having a drought, so its really hot around here. it gets really humid - and my hair is naturally wavy. if i scrunch it and wear it curly, it gets frizzy, and if i straighten it and wear it straight, it doesnt stay striaght, it puffs up etc. i have to go to summer school every day from 8-12, and i have very thick and quite long hair, what are some easy hair styles that i could do quick in the morning that doent look sloppy?

o goodness! i would say put it up in a pony tail. you cant go wrong. if you straighten it, it will stay that way longer and wavy would stay too. you can do different types which are pretty easy to do. if you hate the idea, put it in braids or in a bun or half ponytail. hope this helps!

You see I have a teacher well his not really my teacher. He was my teacher my freachmen year, But now were just good friends.
