lilangl1113 answered Thursday December 30 2004, 3:40 pm: lol, actually I'm the same way. Go to your doctor and ask them to recommend some stuff. I went and I got tretinoin cream and Differen (adapalene gel). They both seem to be working for me extremely well, but watch out! They kind of dry out your face if you put too much on. I hope I helped! ~*AmAnDa*~ [ lilangl1113's advice column | Ask lilangl1113 A Question ]

Ask ur parents if they had any when they were younger, sometimes that has something 2 do w/ it.I use Proactiv, it seems to work for me u could try that ask your doctor about it hope i helped! AdviceMistress answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 10:58 pm: okay first off your not stupid for asking and don't ever think that! second i have tried cleansers too, but what i is i get a face cloth and i put it under really really hot water! then apply it to the pimple in makes it smaller and do this everyday until it goes away! and wash your face everyday too because that helps too! good luck and happy holidays!
c_assi_e_x_12 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 10:18 pm: Ok, you should go to a dermotologist. That way you can get professional help on skin care. *Next time put a question like this under health!!*
rice06 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 10:11 pm: I don't know if you've tried this yet, but neutrogena works! like seriously! natural lemon juice (that you squeeze by yourself) works too...just use a q-tip to put it on. pimple's suck...but don't worry everyone gets 'em! acsd answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 9:23 pm: i personally like herbal products. natural remedies dont harm or dry out your face too much, but they still take away the blemishes. but we have different skin types. if you have ever heard of the store sephora, you know it is a huge makeup/ skin store. there are 2 things in that store that i think will help you the most. first is the Murad line of products. the best one for you would be the solution for Oily/Acne-prone skin. it has everything from a great clenser to moisturizing cream that doesnt clog your pores. this stuff worked really well for my friend who had a lot of acne. another thing that works well is the 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel & Sulfur 3% by Doctor's Dermatologic Formula (DDF). this stuff dries out your pimples. it is a miracle worker!! i hope ive helped, and you should deffinatly try one of the two. LiLBoYCrAzYBaBe09 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 7:36 pm: Ok, well, you could try and cut down on the sugar a little bit, or caffeine. I know that Soda makes my face break-out and my friends chocolate. Chances are, youre eating to much sugar or somethin. What i suggest, is going to a dermatologist or if you odnt wanna go there, try Pro-Active. Its expensive, but I use it once a day when my acne gets real bad, and it usually goes away within a week. Also, Try usuing your cleanser things (if you're a girl) around "that time of the month" because thats when I tend to break out even more and worse. You could also try make-up... Hope that I helped ya and have a happy new year!! ~*Raven*~ [ LiLBoYCrAzYBaBe09's advice column | Ask LiLBoYCrAzYBaBe09 A Question ]
ICE11BLUE answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 7:27 pm: Just make sure you're using those good products that come in the 3 or 4 step process and they're semi-expensive, but worth it. They tend to last a while too. Right now I am using AcneFree I got it at wal mart it runs at like $14-$18 and it's a 3 step thing. It can take either days or weeks to work, but if you keep using it correctly it WILL work. Good luck!! [ ICE11BLUE's advice column | Ask ICE11BLUE A Question ]
MissEmmyBoo answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 7:15 pm: Well for starters you can go to a dermotologist. They can prescribe you something that REALLY works. But for now, use a cleanser with micro-beads and ALwaYs use your hands to wash your face, never use a washcloth or whatever.
**Good Luck!!!**

NEVERLETG00 answered Wednesday December 29 2004, 7:05 pm: theres a ton of different brands out there, you might just be allergic to something thats in the bottle. you can try using proactive (i heard its really good and works too) most people go on birth control to help clear up their skin (that works too) but most parents wouldn't allow that b/c they might think of something else. but try proactive. x0 [ NEVERLETG00's advice column | Ask NEVERLETG00 A Question ]
