Q: i know this is something really weird but if i drink like a mini bottle of water (8.5 FL OZ) I dont feel good after and I have a really bad stomach ache for about an hour. Why does this happen and what can I do to prevent it?

Q: I have the first symptoms of an eating disorder (yes this can be in Mental Health, it's a mental problem not a physical problem) and I'm really worried
I might sound crazy right now but there's this constant battle in my head. One part of me is saying not to do it that I should go and eat and the other is saying no! don't eat it's not worth getting fat.
I have no one I could talk to and except for parents and they would go crazy.
Ughh It's driving me crazy! I don't want to go and eat for then to realise I shouldn't have done and then go and binge and bring it all back up. Please help me.

I think that you should take the chance of telling your parents. The most probable reason on why they would be upset is because they would be shocked. But most importantly they would want you to get help. I mean, if something ever happened to you and they never knew about your problem they would hate themselves for never finding out. Yes, talking to your parents is the best way to get help. I wish you you all the luck in the world. And I hope my advice helps you out in anyway possible.

Okay, don't cut. It may seem like a good way to feel better, but it's not. Believe me been there done that. It's good to keep writing. It expresses your feelings in a non harmful way. I advise you to talk to a friend or a family member, whoever you feel comfortable around. Or you could talk to a professional who can help you have a brighter outlook on your life. Your body may want it, but your mind probably isn't ready for it. Every teenager who wants sex is usually never 100% ready. Because if protection gives way then you could become pregnant or sick. Then you'll regret not waiting. My advice to you is wait until you feel 100%. You're still young and you've got your whole life ahead of you. Just one mistake could cost you your best years.

Hmmm. If you shave down there then maybe it's just a shaving bump or something. You should get it checked just to be safe because if you just had sex...it could likely be an STD. So it's better to be safe than sorry. Hope this Helps!

Well get his number call him up and tell him how you feel. If he feels the same way then maybe you two can pursue a long distance relationship. About the age thing, just explain to your parents that he's a great responsible guy and if they trust him then maybe they'll be okay with it. Yes. It's nerves. Don't worry you just get so worked up, that your nerves start going crazy. Now what do you mean by fight? Physical or mental. I just answered the mental part, but if you were in a physical fight then that was adrenaline. It gets you pumped up and sometimes you can do things that require a GREAT amount of strength that you couldn't do before. Adrenaline isn;t good for you. Well, you're what they call a "late bloomer". No worries you'll get it sooner or later. Some signs are, cramps in your ovaries, feeling bloating, and eating like a pig!! Oh yes, and the ever famous P.M.S.!!! If you're a bitch and frantic for no apparent reason, that oculd be a warning signs. All girls go through it. Don't worry, yours will come soon. Some signs of strep throat are:
1. Sore Throat
2. Aches and Pains all over your body
3. White or green pus pockets on your throat
4. Fevers
