xoPandaBabyxo answered Sunday March 13 2005, 12:03 pm: if she has a cramp on her foot or something, then massage it. I've had cramps before, and it works. If someone has a cramp, its a sign that they're not having enough vitamins. so maybe to prevent it from happening again, maybe she should take some vitamins once a day. I hate cramps. I hope I helped.
EJ47 answered Sunday March 13 2005, 10:44 am: Wet a hot rag and place it in the abdominal area (if we /are/ talking about menstrual cramps here) and if available, painkillers will help ALOT. Also do a couple exercises, muscles dont stress as much when theyre being used. [ EJ47's advice column | Ask EJ47 A Question ]
c_assi_e_x_12 answered Sunday March 13 2005, 10:42 am: She can take Ibuprophen..or Midol to ease the pain. A heating pad works wonders too.
rainbowcherrie answered Sunday March 13 2005, 10:37 am: Get her to do some stretching. Honestly, it helps to do some mild excercise or stretches. She can also take a warm bath and have a hot water bottle. If painkillers are available then she should take one or two of those as well every four hours or so as that will definitely help. Karen answered Sunday March 13 2005, 10:33 am: She can take Midol, which will get rid of the cramps. She can take a heating pad and put it where the cramps are or she can take a hot bath. There are other ways too but those are just ones that will help.
