Sex is fine, as long as it is protected.
sex wont mess with your period cycle, unles you get pregnant.
i wouldnt do it with your period, cause then it just gets kind of messy
so i would do it, sometime when your not on it and when you have protection, cause it's dumb to do it with out it.

you are probably just muscular, so that's why you never get skinnier.
just eat right and excersize and you'll be fine. if you dont slim down then you're muscular. and there's nothing you can do about it .. iwouldnt worried about it too much.
just focus on clothing that will make you look better, like short shorts probaly arent the best thing for you, but maybe skirts that go below the knee are. or skinny leg jeans wouldnt bee to flattering, but flaired would be. of you wear things that look good on you, you'll look fine.

i'm rather small aswell, so i get some bathingsuits at victoria's secret (you've got to get them offline). they have a pushup built in .. but it looks very real. they're having a big sale on their suits from last year, and they are very cheap. so i'd check it out.
a way to go up in a cup size would be to eat a lot .. because boobs are made up of a % of fat. so work out, but then eat a lot.

well i dont know this kid, or i dont know that i know this kid .. so this'll be difficult.
you could get him clothing from a place he likes, or a giftcard.
you could give him a sport giftcard, to dicks or something, if he likes sports

i feel like there is not enough time in the day to do everything. i want to uphold my social life by going out and talking online and myspace and stuff but there is just soo much homework to keep up wiht and my parents are so anal about my grades. plus like when i do my homework i always get off task or put it off until later than i dont want to do it, so i dont. what should i do its turning into a big problem and my grades are starting to slip.

first off, spend your time more wisely in school. when you have free time at the end of a class, do homework. or if you have a study hall, work hard in there. or if you've got a lot of homework do some during lunch.
what you're saying is you want to talk and get online but then you want to do well in school. it's hard to balance those out. i'd say when you get home get online for 45 min or so then do all of your homework, then what ever time you've got left you can go out or get online.

of course you canlove some one in 9th grade, you could love some one in 2nd grade if you wanted to. it might night be the same love that your parents feel for eachother, the love when you stay together for the rest of your life, but yes. i do believe you can love some one no matter what age you are.

you should try french braiding your hair and night, while it is wet, and let it dry over night.
put a little gel in it before you, or some one else, french braids it, then put some hair spray in it after wards. and in the morning it should be dry, if not blow dry it a little.
that usualy works.
if not, try curling it with an iron, loes curls. those are always cute.
