I am the second born in my family and sometimes, I feel like everyone's more important than I am, especially my older brother. People call me by his name, ask about him more than the rest of us, and always remember stories that are actually about one of the rest of us as being about him. My parents say that they don't have a favorite child and they swear that my older brother's not the most special just because he's the oldest. Ok well since grade one iv been teased and mocked and been called a whale and all the lot of it and even at home my mum and dad went threw a divorce and my weird crazy step dad burnt my mums hair off and had thrird degree burns and then I went to foster care and they used to shove us in a room and we werent aloud to come out unless we went to the toilet or for eating and drinking, anyways I never had really nice friends either they use to be my friend one day then not the next day, since primary school iv had depression and then high school came around and I had no friends and had to eat alone all the time and I used to wagg school all the time abd mum tryed getting me to see a councellor but it didnt work and im very self concous all the...

I dated my ex for a year and a half. We were each other's first love. He's 2 years younger than I am, and we broke up before I left for college. I can't stop thinking about him though. He has a new girlfriend now though. We still text each other every day, and it seems like he still misses me too. I hope every day I'll get a text telling me they broke up. I just really want him back... I don't know what to do.

Homework problems: all my teachers dont trust me and my mom hates me!

I am 14 years old and i have trouble in school. I am in 8th grade and i get tons of homework. My mom is really strict and if i have one piece of missing homework she grounds me for three months and takes away everything. So, Today.. I had a packet (a late one) that i couldn't finish on time. We had a weather Journal (you record weather for a long time) I was trying to do this, my packet, and my homework. My mom told me she wouldn't help me with my work so i told he i didn't have homework (while trying to finish it) She emailed the teachers and found i had late work and yelled at me. She emailed my teach back and said
"I don't know what is wrong with her! I guess i have to tell her other teachers that she's lazy."...

Friend Trouble...

Hi!
I have this friend and we were friends at the beginning of the school year. Then, she starts hanging out with these mean girls and doesn't want to talk to me anymore. I thought we were friends, but I guess we aren't. I want to be friends with her, but it's hard to talk to her since she's always interrupted by some other mean girl. What should I do next to be her friend again? We like to do the same things and we're like sisters since the beginning of school. :(

ever since i was little ive always been extremely obsessed with making sure my hair looks perfect or else i get very anxious and cannot go on with my day, and i feel ugly. i straighten my hair almost every single day and when its natural and wavy i feel so ugly, but when my hair is straight i feel prettier. i dont understand why this is, because my natural wavy hair isnt that bad, but i feel like with my face it looks weird. i feel like it makes my nose look bigger and i just feel so hideous so i always straighten my hair. I also dont understand this because i dont think im an ugly person, a lot of people tell me they think im pretty..and sometimes i think i am too, but other times i feel like i look so unattractive. im gettin...

Sorry this will be kind of long. I was on multiple anti-depressants for about 6 months after a tramatic event that unfortunately happened to me. I wanted to get off of them so I took a pill to slowly get off the anti-depressants. After going off them I realized I gained 20 pounds in a month. I was concerned because that did not seem normal to me I was a size 3 and I am 5"6, I went from 135 pounds to 158 pounds and a size 11. I went to my gyno and she said 3 of the anti-depressants I was on were proven to gain weight as a side effect she said it was normal but to go to weight watchers if I wanted to lose weight.Great. Tanning beds don't even really close anymore, let alone lock lol.
And used properly with the right cream, indoor tanning isn't any more harmful than walking to the store in the sun. I have had skin cancer. I should know.I did lots of research I the matter.

Weird feeling when putting a tampon in?

Hi, I'm 13 and female of course. This may sound weird but when I put a tampon in in my bedroom, I squat and put one leg off to the side. Then, when I put the tampon in and actually push it in, I feel like it is pushing against something inside my vagina. I don't know if its my uterus/cervix or something but it feels weird just for a few minutes after it is in. Is there something wrong with that? P.S. I am well experienced with tampons and use them very often. Please help me if you know why this is!

I met this guy during the summer at church. Ever since I saw him Ive liked him. But during the summer one of my guy friends ask me out for one of his guy friends tht everyone was saying I should go out wit. Then this year me and him r in the same homeroom. Him and the guy I like r friends I see them sit with each other everyday at lunch. And today web he asked me who I liked and I told him he might hav got adfended. Hi so as I said before I'm very striaght and would only date girls and stuff! But when I'm really horny i get bicurious and horny because of my age, (16) so going into locker room showers...
