Ok, well this guy and I just started going out. I like him so much and he likes me too obviously. Well we've only been going out for a day. Today at school I acted all weird. I mean I like him a lot but he makes me shy. I didn't talk to him much and tried to avoid him a little. I really want us to work out as a couple. awwww I have that problem!It's only cause you like him so much and you don't want to do anything that might put him off! There's really no instant cure, you just have to give it some time. After a while the novelty of a new bf will wear off and you'll become more relaxed. Just act like he's one of your regular friends and I swear it'll work out ok!

Just slip into the conversation that you're going out with (whatever his name is) on (whenever you're going out) to (wherever you're going) Make it as casual as possible and don't make a big thing of it, it'll make it easier trust me. If she doesn't want to you go, arrange a comprimise like, if she takes you and picks you up at a certain time you know?
As for problem two:
Good ideas are bowling, cinema is ok but not good if you want to talk, go and get a pizza, the mall, sports games, a picnic can be fun too.

4-8 hours is best but you aren't at risk of TSS unless you leave it more than 24 hours.

Ok, so this year I just started highschool and I love it. I'm making alot of new friends, and people are starting to like me more. But there is this guy. I like him alot, he's a senior. And he is popular. we are friends but i like him alot. My advice to you is to keep on talking to him and getting to know him til you have a really strong relationship. Just act like he's any other new friend. Do you fancy him? If yes then once you get to know each other you can try to work out if he feels the same.

My friend is always feeling really bad about herself. Were only 14 but she thinks that there is something wrong with her because she has never been asked out or had a real boyfriend. She's always jealous of other people. I keep telling her that she can't focus on what everybody else has that she doesn't or what other people can do better than her. I know exactly how this girl feels. I have an INCREDBLY low self esteem and I always find fault in myself and I find it really hard to take a compliment. Sound familiar? What I'd do if I was you, is take her on a shopping trip and get her to try on stuff that she wouldn't usually wear and things like that. Make sure you compliment her on her choices but be honest if something doesn't look right only don't be too harsh. OR. You could go to a beauty parlour together and get your nails/hair/make up done together. Once she sees herself in a new light, she'll be more happy with herself. I promise this will work. hi, i need help. I have so much trouble paying attention. If Im very interested its easier but with some things i try so hard to stay focused but i just end up getting spaced out. Well, if you're in class and the teacher is giving a lecture or talking about something etc, take notes so that later on you can go over it as many times as you like til it sinks in. When you absolutely HAVE to focus then try to get involved in the discussion by adding your points of view. Everytime you start to drift, stop yourself and tell yourself to focus (you will if you really want to-believe me.) As for reading, when you go off into a daydream try to stop yourself then just read over the bit you missed again til it sinks in. You can do it if you really try. good luck

Sometimes, somethings happen that aren't meant to be. It seems like you and this guy just weren't made for each other. If you're friends with him then great but don't ruin the friendship by trying for something that isn't going to happen. Take a deep breath, hold your head high and move on. I know it's going to be hard cause you've liked him for so long but your not giving yourself to meet new people if you let yourself stay in the past. So get out there and find someone who will really make you happy.
