I like the look of iPod minis 'cause they have a pink one but a couple of Q's...
1) Is an MP3 player better????
2) Are iPod mini's effective?
3) Are they easy-to-use?

1) Personally I think my MP3 player is great. I don't know 1000 songs and if I did I would probably only listen to like 5 of them at a time. Mine holds about 240 songs, was a lot cheaper, sounds just as good, is even smaller, came with a sport band (Apple charges you like $30 for that I think) and belt clip and doesn't give me any of the common battery/screen problems of an iPod

4) I think that depends on the person, if you're a real music lover and you want to store over 1000 songs so you can enjoy them, then yes. If you're just getting it to look cool and only know around 200 songs and wouldn't even listen to that many, then no.

Yes they do matter. All your grades matter. The people selecting you in the college admissions office went to high school too you know :-)
aah! so here is the deal!! i once read in a magazine about a girl who got sexually harassed by her teacher. and im like oh i feel so bad for that girl, but i never thought about it happening to me. well i hate to admit it.. but it did. this is what happened: i needed extra help in math so i told my teacher about it (lets call him mr. a) and hes like oh why dont you stay after class today i have no meetings and i was king of hesistating cause thursdays are busy for me. but he was like insisting and it was kind of awkward and i felt uncomfortable rejecting it so i did stay after school. when he told me to sit down next to him at a table, i did. and by the way the chairs were a little to close. the whole time he was helping me he always tryed to get good excuses to get close to me. not actually saying stuff, but like syaing "ok lets go over the steps .. *nudge close, nudge closer* then after we started talking and he asked me what my favorite classes werwe and i told him, and hes like "what do you think about the sex unit in health" and in my head im like "WHAT??"so i said awkwardly.. "um yes its good." so out of the blue.. hes like "ever wanted to have sex" and i said "i dontknow.." hes like "want to try it with me" i got creeped out at that i felt like crying.WHAT SHOULD I DO?? PLEASE HELP. i'm so confused, im afraid of going to school or even walking in the halls cause i might bump into hiM!!!!

I don't see problem with faking. Most of us think the girl moaning in porn movies is for real when its so obvious she's faking, so no harm no foul. Too many guys try and do the jackhammer action they see in the movies without really knowing how to make a girl moan.

Depends on what state you live in. In NY a regular, full (Class D) license enables you to drive any vehicle with a gross weight of 26,000 lbs or less and tow anything with a gross weight of 10,000 lbs or less. Iam sure you will be able to drive a van.

Depends on the cop who sees it a lot of the time. If his captain is on his ass about getting more tickets in for the month and its approaching the end of the month or if he's just a by the book cop then he'll probably bust your balls for it. Cops don't just write you a ticket, they have lots of things to do in the process; they have to check your license and make sure you have no warrants, run your plate and blah blah blah..its lots of work and on top of that he probably wants to write a moving violation instead for all his efforts and so that his record looks better instead of some stupid cite for neons...but once again its all dependant upon who the cop is who sees it and how he feels that day.
By the way- don't count on a PBA card waved in a cops face to get you out of every single ticket.
My breasts began to get bigger around May. I went from 22 A to a 28C in around a month. Now I have little purplish reddish lines on them. They look like little scratch marks leading from the nipple out on. I have the 3 marks on each breast. The 3 scratch marks are on one side of the nipple. What are these? Are they just stretch marks or something, will they go away ???
I get really bad stretch marks from around my chest to the top of my shoulder. Common with people growing. Aside from cocoa butter which is a good method, you should really also try and attack them from the inside by getting a bottle of Vitamin E gel capsules and not only taking the capsules, but breaking the capsules open and rubbing the liquid on the stretch marks.
what is Pcp? i know it is some kind of drug but what kind and what does it do?
O bullets stop guys on Pcp just fine, mace and nightsticks work fine also. A few months ago a cop in a local precinct shot a perp on Pcp in his leg and he went down like a ton of bricks. Sorry but a drug isn't stopping you from being affected by a .40 caliber bullet in you. Maybe if he was the Terminator, but not in real life.

Why wouldn't it be bad for you? Joints aren't meant to be cracked. You may want to pick up some MSM Glucosamine Chondroitin in your local vitamin store for bone and joint health.

I was working at Old Navy for the past few months as a seasonal hire and they recently laid off all the new hires because we did pretty badly during our Christmas season. They told us that we would always be welcome back in the spring though but I don't really want to work there anymore.
1. I know this is a bad time for job searches but should I try looking for a new job anyway?
2. Before Old Navy, I only had volunteer experience. Would a store manager take a closer look at my resume because of my Old Navy experience? Do Old Navy employees have a particular reputation that might cause store managers to prefer them or look down on them?
3. Do you think a few months Old Navy experience is enough to work at specialty stores like American Eagle or Espirit?
Well if you really need a job then you should go out and try and find one, so ahead and look and apply everywhere you can and take the 1st job which will take you. I don't know how Old Navy operates with employment but I know that while I was working in The Vitamin Shoppe they looked highly upon my volunteer time and my certification as a personal trainer, anything which adds good to your resume can only help. I dont know if a few months experience in ON is enough for a specialty store because I never worked at any of them. Just go out and apply everywhere you can, apply at every store you go to, its hard to be picky on where you want to work at this age, you just have to take what comes to you.

I'm a 17 year old female, I'm 5'7-5'8 & 140-145 pounds. I was wondering if you knew anything at all about liquid diets.
Do they really work? Or is it just another scam to get your money? Also what are your opinions on a liquid diet?

Liquid diets are basically a marketing scam to get your money. They promise quick results which will last. In reality they are right, you do lose fast when you first start out, but you gain all of this weight and bodyfat back very quickly. Our bodies not only needs calories..it demands calories and when we deprive ourselves of calories, we lose muscle mass and that's never good. They work...but not in the good ways that they advertise..they wind up hurting you in the long run, my definite recommendation is to stay away from them. Everyone always asks if there's a secret to losing weight fast and being healthy and there is. Remember "The secret is there is no secret." Eat good wholesome, natural food, drink lots of water and exercise. If you need help making a plan, feel free to ask.

lol...this is the same question asked 60 different times and it seems to just be about the abs. Let me ask you, is your body just made up of a torso and nothing else. So you want to have a great six pack and arms and legs and every other body part that doesn't match up? Who cares about your stomach, if you work out the right way (the whole body) you'll see that abs happen on their own since theyre always being used as a stabilizer muscle for one and you dont exercise to bring your abs out...ever notice that when you exercise something it tends to get bigger? What makes your abs different? you exercise the abs to bring upon muscle mass, not shape. Diet takes care of shape. Don't listen to no toneteen.com or Seventeen magazine, abs happen on their own if you do everything right. Eat right= Gain right and Eat right= Lose right.
Have you ever been in love?
I wish I could say that I was, but the answer is no. I never really attached myself to a girl that much to say that I was in love. Its not that I fear committment, I just think that it's better for me because Iam a young guy and there's lots of things to experience with girls before I fall in love with one. I'll probably eat these words someday and wind up falling in love with the 1st girl who really gets to me though lol :-)

It's tough to really decipher emotions over the computer or the phone since you cannot read body language which says it all. You really won't find out fully until you just become up front with it and just ask. Whats the worst that could happen, he says no? Remember that long distance relationships are tough to keep up and are almost certain to break up. If he says no, then Iam sure you will find another guy who you can see and be with. Just ask, if its yes then cool and if its no...then move on and play the game. Hope I helped :-)

This is a pretty haveily debated topic in the health world. Some say its possible and some say its not. In my time as a personal trainer, I've NEVER heard of any exercises which augment the actual size of the breasts, but rather exercises that work the clavicular (upper) and sternal (lower) portions of the chest. I for one do not think its really possible to fool mother nature in this situation but I would suggest that you look into foods and supplements which will help regulate/produce more estrogen and look into an antioxidant such as grape seed extract to suppress free-radicals in your system. Ok, i'm not sure if i'm bi-sexual or not. Alot of times, when my friends are around, ( girls obvioulsy ) I feel like i want to make-out with them, or something, we are always touching each other, hugging, and sittin gon each others laps. am i bi-sexual? i get turned on by girls making out and i feel i want to do it. i don't know, but i would never tell anyboyd this bc they would make fun of me.

Well to be bi-sexual you would also have to like guys as well. If you like just girls then that makes you homosexual. If you like girls, then you like girls..its just how you operate and its perfectly OK if it is that way because it makes you you. If you also feel some of these urges towards guys then you are bi-sexual, if not then you are pretty much homosexual.

What makes you lose weight is diet. I cannot emphasize to anyone who reads this the importance of your diet because it can make you or break you. Cardiovascular exercising such as walking/running helps our bodies get into a heightened state of prime weight and body fat loss, but does not burn fat by itself.
Running and walking from a caloric burning standpoint both burn the same amount of calories for the same amount of distance. Whether you walk or run, you body burns around 100 calories per mile. The only difference is how fast the calories are burned. So it really wont matter..it just comes down to preference but I recommend running because it puts your body's system and blood flow into high gear.
Pilates from what I have heard is excellent for the body and in itself a form of calisthenics which are always excellent for your body. I recommend you continue to run, eat well, use your Pilates videos and incorporate some weight training as well because muscle is a natural calorie burner in itself. Hope I helped.

Your answer- Right after you wake up in the morning. Here's why:
Most people do not eat anything high in Casein-dominant protein before they go to sleep. Casein dominant protein includes dairy products and casein supplements. There's 2 types of proteins most Bodybuilders will supplement with: Whey and Casein. Whey protein is a fast digesting (around 2-3 hours) protein commonly found in human breast milk and a tiny bit in cow's milk. Casein protein is a slow digesting (around 6-7 hours) protein that is dominant in cow's milk. Needless to say Casein protein is best to eat before you sleep (Fat free milk or cottage cheese is best). Now if you supply yourself with a steady stream of amino acids during the night, then your body will not have to tap into muscle tissue for energy since it will have already burned off whatever carbs you had left over in your system. You know what that means don't you? Yes...your body starts to burn body fat. Once you wake up, your body is in a heightened fat burning state because it did not have any energy in the form of carbs fed to it during the night, so it has begun to burn the stuff you want it to burn (FAT). Don't eat before you work out after you wake up because body fat will be metabolized even greater if you workout on an empty stomach. After you have finished working out..get in a good Whey protein source and a fast digesting high Glycemic Index carb (whole wheat bread for example) to feed the fat burning furnace. Little more complicated than those stupid magazines make it to be isn't it? :-)
