I'm bout to go on a trip and I was wondering what are some good, working ab excercises that show results like what should I do and how many should I do. Will rate high.

Let me ask you, is your body just made up of a torso and nothing else. So you want to have a great six pack and arms and legs and every other body part that doesn't match up? Who cares about your stomach, if you work out the right way (the whole body) you'll see that abs happen on their own since theyre always being used as a stabilizer muscle for one and you dont exercise to bring your abs out...ever notice that when you exercise something it tends to get bigger? What makes your abs different? you exercise the abs to bring upon muscle mass, not shape. Diet takes care of shape. Don't listen to no toneteen.com or Seventeen magazine, abs happen on their own if you do everything right. Eat right= Gain right and Eat right= Lose right. It starts hurting, but you know it works. Do about 10 sessions of 10 pulses (so a total of 100 pulses). If you are going on a trip soon, id advise you to do it about hmm lets say 3 times a day. Right before/after you eat your meals.
