what is Pcp? i know it is some kind of drug but what kind and what does it do?

O bullets stop guys on Pcp just fine, mace and nightsticks work fine also. A few months ago a cop in a local precinct shot a perp on Pcp in his leg and he went down like a ton of bricks. Sorry but a drug isn't stopping you from being affected by a .40 caliber bullet in you. Maybe if he was the Terminator, but not in real life.

Used in veterinary medicine as an anesthetic and illegally as a hallucinogen; PCP

It is a very dangerous drug when used by humans. :)
