How can i get abs without crash dieting or losing any extra weight from my waist,hips and but areas? My boyfriend told me that i am getting a stomach and need to loose it do you have any suggestions please help.
First of all screw what your boyfriend says. You live in your body and not him. If you continue to listen to criticism like this, then you will only find yourself heartbroken every time. The only critic whose opinion you need to worry about is YOU.

This one happens to all of us. Hormone levels and in fact all bodily functions peak during the night and the result is a pitched tent of your covers when you wake up.
This is not the kinda question i should be asking, but im curious. (dont get grossed out)
Im a guy who is very sexually active with one partner, my question is the following..my girlfriend hardly ever gives me head not because she doesnt want to, but because for the last 8 months or so, ive had this very bad odour comming from my penis. The thing is im the cleanest person ever, i shower everyday and pay extra attention to washing my penis properly, however 10 or 15 minutes later, the smell is back. Ive gotten checked for all stds many of times, and i know for a fact that im my girlfriends first and only lover. Any body have any ideas as to why this odour keeps on destroying my feallatio fantasies?
Do you shave your pubes and sack? Hair tends to trap moisture and odor from all the sweating that goes on down there. If you don't shave then try that out.
I've been doing sets of 100 crunches
*Partial curls front and both sides
*Whatever it's called when you lay on your back and lift your legs, turn yourself into an L, then bring your legs back down without touching the floor and back up
*bicycles (where you like try to touch your right elbow to your left knee while you move your legs like you're riding a bike)
for a few weeks. 100 when I wake up and 100 before I go to sleep.
First - am I doing enough so that I'll actually see results?
I've had trouble with crunches before because I've been on a medication that kinda caused me to gain weight and retain water. I just went off of it and supposedly I'll be able to lose the weight and fat. So ignoring the med, will I see results from what I'm doing?
Second - While I do my crunches, my abs hurt, but after, they stop. Am I doing them right? I used to exercise to the point that my abs would hurt the next day, but I only had that result once and that was from doing like 700 crunches because I felt like it.

Honestly? You have to train until you're sore and DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) sets in, it means you have targeted enough Type 1 and Type 2 muscle fibers in breaking them down to recreate newer, stronger ones. Simply put- Train till it hurts and diet diet diet.

Go for one whos going to treat you better. You may not like Matt but he could turn out to be a really good guy and Justin could be an asshole and the same is true for the opposite. For the benefit of all who may read this, here it is for the last time:
Flat tummy and lower bodyfat= Diet, not crunches
Gaining more muscle in any area by doing training for that area (Yes this includes crunches)= Exercise
In order to get the benefits of both, they must be in balance. The mind and the muscle must be linked as one...one without the other equals ZERO or injury.
To get that flat tummy guess what? no more chips and soda and staying up late and eating with your friends for you...that is unless you feel like wasting all of your efforts. You're going to be drinking water by the gallon and eating as clean as humanly possible. Hey if it was that easy to lose bodyfat- everyone would do it wouldnt they? Don't feel sorry for yourself and don't brag...if you do this your presence will be enough to make you one of the elite and not just one of the ordinary who eat donuts. Be strong.

I used to always masturbate. quite alot. but then about 2 weeks ago i read something that said that masturbating is a sin. well ever since i read that i havent masturbated, i actually gave in yesterday but then i felt reallllly guilty afterwards. is this bad because i mean will it mean i'll never be able to enjoy masturbating? is this normal and will i ever get over it? please help. i rate 5's!
From a health standpoint yes masturbating is very healthy. I don't think you will need to do it so very much for the rest of your life and it also may be attributed to your increased hormone levels since youre still going through puberty. From a religious standpoint I guess its wrong but what can you do as a christian without it offending God anyway? Im Catholic by the way and not religious.

i was wondering if that would be a good treadmill because it doesnt look like a treadmill that would help lose wieght.. i wieght like 110 so im not sure if it would be good for me? what do you guys think

If you must get the treadmill then I would say its good for what you want to do. But remember- you get what you pay for and nothing can beat a Precor treadmill or any cardio machine for that matter.
I am overweight (13 yrs old, 5ft 4in, and 140 lbs) so I use a bathroom scale to check my weight 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. Why is my weight different at those 2 times of the day? How do I know which one is telling the truth? Are any of the scales telling the truth? Because one time I went to the doctor and I weighed more on that scale than on the one I own at home. Why are these weights all different? How much do I really weigh? Help me please! What should I do?
You are lighter when you wake up because your body has eaten up all excess food energy in your stomach and now since you didn't eat all night, it wants energy. You "break" the "fast" of the night. If you do not eat breakfast when your body is craving nutrients, you will hold water under your skin and slightly gain weight. The myth about holding water by drinking too much of it is so stupid I don't even know why anyone would believe it. Just remember- the more you give your body what it needs, the less your body will hold (such as water and fat) never ever skip breakfast and eat often to avoid radical weight gain and of course..stay hydrated. Dont worry so much about how much you weigh all the time because the scale is tricky but a mirror never lies.

What is the difference between a sit-up and a crucnch? How do you do each one properly to get the most out of it? What different areas of the body do each one target? There's a HUGE difference between the two. One actually does your abs and the other doesn't. What is it with everyone's obsession with their midsection? It's such a tiny muscle group to begin with. Anyway a crunch engages all 6 parts of the rectus abdominis (No not just the upper ones like those idiot fitness magazines/websites say) and isolate the abs in their most natural movement which is essentially to bring the chest closer to the pelvis..hence crunching.
A sit up works the Illiopsis or hip flexor muscle mainly since ur not bringing your chest closer to your pelvis, but just raising your upper body off the ground. Don't believe it? Lift one leg and hold your stomach and see if you feel any contraction. Do the same thing and hold even lower than your stomach and you should feel a pull in the hips. So you're not targeting the abs that much at all.
Guess what? You dont lose fat by doing these, you just build muscle. Want to lose 20 lbs? Well, what you do in the kitchen and how you stick to it is going to determine this. What you do everyday is going to play a major part, Do you sleep enough? Do you eat enough? Do you stress out a lot (leading to holding of fluids under the skin) Unlike what every other "expert" on diet says-- Don't cheat just cut out all the sweets and crap so this includes pizza and soda and ice cream and garbage and don't tell yourself "I can't do that I like it too much." Think of this: Garbage in=Garbage Out. Once you haven't eaten it for about 2 weeks you won't want to eat junk and will get sick if you do. Get Serious..the body is very stubborn with fat loss. But what do I know?, Iam just a personal trainer. :-)

so i want to be a boxer but everyone laughs when i say that becuz they think im to small but boxing isnt about being huge you just gotta be quick.but i also wanna work on my muscles so i can hit harder so i need someways to git stronger other then workin out becuz i have no way to work out unless i got to my boyfriends house which wont be happening everyday. so what are sum ways i can git stronger???i rate high.
When someone says you're too small to be a boxer, bring up Rocky Marciano. Lots of boxers like to use cable and surgical tubing resistance while training and lots of cardio like jumping rope and hitting a speedbag. Try and work the rotator cuff muscles and practice punching with heavy hand weights.
Okay so im 15/f and ive got stretch marks on my upper thighs and hips and also on my bum and i wanted to know if there is anything i can get to fade them? i no i cant make them dissappear forever but i just want to make them less visable

Get Vitamin E gel capsules (a big bottle is pretty cheap, stick to The Vitamin Shoppe) and take 2 capsules a day, but also break open 2 capsules a day and rub the gel onto the stretch marks, this way you work at making them better from both the inside and the outside. Maybe also some MSM diluted in water rubbed onto the stretch marks.

This semester, I have decided to take AP US History. Today was the first day of school. When I got to that class, my teacher started off saying that:
1. homework would take at LEAST 2 hours a night, not including time for studying
2. if we had a hard time reading and comprehending -which I do-, that our grade will suffer greatly
and
3. we are required to read books outside of class that she assigns throughout the semester
When I first heard all of that, I got upset: I knew that I would suffer a lot in this class. I'm a horrible and slow reader, and she said that chapters frequently would have to be read in one night. I'm planning on telling my dad all of this tonight and asking him if I can switch into honors world history instead, but I don't think that he will want me to. How do I convince him that I will fail this class, or possibly get a C or D? By the way, he always tells me stuff like "you're the smartest kid I ever met", meaning that he won't accept me not taking the highest level class.
Iam not going to lie the AP US test is pretty hard. I got a 4 on it by I thought I wouldn't get above a 2. The time to study for that test is now, it is way too detailed to wait. The essays were hard I remember and the only thing that saved me was the fact that you don't have to answer every question in the sections. They like to ask questions about women and minorities on the test so study these areas good. The test isnt impossible, its just really hard and if you study now you really shouldnt have trouble getting a 3 or better.
If i do 30 sit ups today and each week increase by 5 how fast will i have a flat stomach? im 140 ilbs. and im 5'0..and if it will take long then what should i do..
Sorry you're not geting a flat stomach that'll stay flat until you diet the right way. Why not get yourself a personal trainer to put you in the right direction? Not listening to some middle aged woman's column on weight loss. Trust me..for the most part what you read barely scratches the surface on these fitness websites. Theres no better investment than one in your body. Sorry but crunches aren't making that tummy flat...what you do in the kitchen and how you stick to it does that.
i went to a tanning bed..the second i got off my skin was red. so i figure "well im just hot" nope..this is a BAD burn. what do i do? its going to hurt so bad and have that deep itch. i want to cry!
You probably have pretty fair skin and not a very high amount of melanin in your skin that makes you burn quicker and its common if your skin is not used to being tanned much, I have this same problem and have experienced it many times. Tanning, like anything else has to be done in stages and not just all at once for a long time, if you slowly incorporate more intense tanning machines then your skin will build a better tolerance. When I start a tanning cycle, I'll do 8 minutes in a regular bed for about 5 days, take 1 or 2 days off, then I'll do 9-11 minutes in an orbit for about 3 days and take 2 days off and then no more than 13-15 minutes in a starship bed for 2 or 3 days take 1 or 2 days off and then repeat the starship cycle until I have a good tan. I use a lotion that contains a very good bronzer that is strictly for indoor tanning and when Iam finished tanning I always shower to open up the pores. If you continue to burn, then stop until the burn goes away and if you want to try tanning again..go for a low amount of minutes in a regular bed and slowly develop your tan. Hope this helped.
