Okay Mr. Personal Trainer (lol), what excercise is the BEST for a really flat tummy and thighs?

lol...this is the same question asked 16 different ways lol.

For the benefit of all who may read this, here it is for the last time:

Flat tummy and lower bodyfat= Diet, not crunches

Gaining more muscle in any area by doing training for that area (Yes this includes crunches)= Exercise

In order to get the benefits of both, they must be in balance. The mind and the muscle must be linked as one...one without the other equals ZERO or injury.

To get that flat tummy guess what? no more chips and soda and staying up late and eating with your friends for you...that is unless you feel like wasting all of your efforts. You're going to be drinking water by the gallon and eating as clean as humanly possible. Hey if it was that easy to lose bodyfat- everyone would do it wouldnt they? Don't feel sorry for yourself and don't brag...if you do this your presence will be enough to make you one of the elite and not just one of the ordinary who eat donuts. Be strong.
