hey, i like this one guy name Justin and he dosen't go to the same school as me and He really likes me so much and i have one big problem is that there an another guy that really likes me too his name is Matt and I don't really like him as a boyfriend and Matt really wants me so much but I like Justin better and I feel like that Matt doesn't want me to go out with Justin and I really like Justin tho.

Go for one whos going to treat you better. You may not like Matt but he could turn out to be a really good guy and Justin could be an asshole and the same is true for the opposite. DOn't take this tuff too seriously and just go with what your heart tells you and if you like whoever you choose then great and if not...give the other one a shot, hey you'll win twice :-)
