I need ABS!!!!!!

How can i get abs without crash dieting or losing any extra weight from my waist,hips and but areas? My boyfriend told me that i am getting a stomach and need to loose it do you have any suggestions please help.

First of all screw what your boyfriend says. You live in your body and not him. If you continue to listen to criticism like this, then you will only find yourself heartbroken every time. The only critic whose opinion you need to worry about is YOU.
