No matter what they tell you or what you hear, in order for verizon to verizon to be free it must be in your plan. Read the paperwork and make certain that it's there yourself. Verizon apologized to me, changed my plan to what it should have been, and gave me some of my money back, but I still had to pay like $70 extra. It was pretty bad and I have a feeling that it's happened to many people and Verizon doesn't care.
Now that I've told you the story, probably all cell phone companies will do similar things. Verizon is the best one in my opinion and the free verizon to verizon is a very good feature. Just be careful, people can be tricky. [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
