you can leave a tampon in for upto 8 hours. above that, its risky

yea thats like a perfect weight for not being too skinny. if other poeple say you are too skinny, as long as you dont have an eating disorder its fine :)

Hi, everyone. I'm trying to diet, and I know water is key. I can usually only drink 2 bottles a day, and I really have to force myself to get it down. (I hate the taste of water..none) Haha, so I was wondering, are there any other drinks I could have that maybe include lots of water but have some taste to them? I've heard unsweeted Iced Tea & Lemonade, Gatorade. I also have these little Koolaid packets I pour into water bottles, and that makes me drink them so fast, & they are only 30 cals! Any other suggestions? (link)

dONT drink koolaid or gatorade. they may have low calories, but they are full of sugar, and that actaully puts on weight. if you drink, water, orange juice, milk, and other fruit drinks. sugary drinks are just about the worst thing for you, and they actually do make you gain weight. (30 calories doesnt matter as much, its more the amount of sugar)

its normal, and you WILL be able to have kids. you just need to wait for your period to be regulated

1) fact. you can get TSS by it, but thats only fi you keep it in for MORE than 8 hours.
2) TSS -- toxic shock syndrome
3) its caused by something staying in to long, such as a tampon
4) its very serious! if you get it, there is a chance that you will die, and if you dont, you will be week and wont be able to walk or do much other than just lie in bed for months-years!!
i sleep with them in, but as long as your remember to take them out first thing in the morning, you should be ok

completely average, if not a bit tall! the average size for a woman is 5'4, and you are only 15. (you probably wont keep growing, because most girls stop growing as much when they hit 11-13, or when they get their periods

My mom got me these new contacts: Acuvue Oasys with HYDRACLEAR plus. Well I was wondering about on the website, it said that up to 6 night consecutive wear. Does that mean that you can sleep with them in and not take them ou for up to 6 nights and its like alright to? And my mom got me 3 pair, and said that it was a year supply, but on the website it says two week replacement reccomended. Can they last 4 months each pair?

yea, 6 night consectuive wear means you can sleep with them in. but you should only start with 2 nights, because the 6 nights are for people with really unirratable eyes, and most people have sensitive eyes. but you can sleep for 4 nights average, that would probably be fine. i dont know what your mom is talkin about, because they are NOt four months each. contacts normally come in this daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and 1 year.

my knee hurts. its the left side of my right knee. and like i would be sitting and not move it for a long time then, move it like straight and it will cramp up and feel like i pullled a muscle. but it doesnt hurt when i walk but cracks a lot. also like if you look at it, it doesnt look like anythings wrong with it, but like on the left side of my knee it hurts. its been like this for like a month

i have this problem too. its because your putting too much pressure onto it, like you maybe run or play soccer? if not, its because your body is changing, so that way as your upper boness are getting bigger, your kneess are getting a little weeker.

well if your actually IN the pool, you dont notice overweightness as much because the water ripples. also, bikinis are better for tanning

I was gonna try the Crest Whitening Strips but I've been getting mixed answers from people, saying they don't work/waste of money, etc. Does anyone know of something like that that actually works and makes your teeth whiter? most whitening products arent good for you, because they remove your top layer of your tooth, the protective part. what i do is use orbit white, and my teeth are like SO white :)
