I would say if you have had your period for 3 or more years go see a doctor and they can give you meds to make your period regular but if it has been less than that don't worry. Like i have had my period for 3 years and it only comes like 3 times a year and my doctor is gonna put me on birth control because shes has tried otehr stuff and it is just getting worse and it is becoming a serious problem [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
hOwithanE answered Friday July 21 2006, 2:11 am: My period used to be really irregular too but it's ok now. One of the things that the doctor recommended to me was getting me on birth control to regulate it. And I doubt that it will effect you having kids but if your gonna have kids i'd wait a little bit if your only 15. But if it doesnt start to regulate within 4 more periods i'd think about talking to your mom or who ever about taking you to the doctor. Goodluck!
