I am def. not fat...but i have fat sitting on my stomach that i have tried everything to get rid of. I have friends that have done cardio and have been successful but i have not. I do cardio. The thing i have the most trouble with is eating healthy. I always give in to fattening foods!!! Also, i dont find anything that is healthy to taste good. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problems and has advice about it?? I do really try to eat healthy and i will make it through a day...then give in. I hate looking in the mirror at my belly!!! Any tips wil be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, don't eat while your watching television because that is when you eat the most. It's called midless eating. I would have fruit and yogurt is really good also. You can also get light yogurt. Hope I Helped again! [ ernst_384's advice column | Ask ernst_384 A Question ]
