I have used Secret, Dove, Suave, Mitchum, and some men's deoderent but nothing works!! I sweat all over my clothes, but only on the underarm part, and it is embarrasing. I don't use deodarent at nite because I don't know what to use. Any advice would be SO greatly appreciated. (link)

use certain dri. its a night deodorant, but it works SO well.
what it does is it minimizes the pores or your underarms, so in the morning you sweat less. it actually works SO well.
my friend used to have a bad sweating problem, and now she doesnt sweat anymore. seriously, its amazing. i use it too, and i highly suggest it.
also, you dont need a prescription, and its cheap

i wear my hair the same way everyday - down and straightened. it's getting boring & i'd like to wear my hair differently. i like it scrunched but i'm always too tired in the morning to scrunch it. is there anyway i can shower at night and scrunch it before i go to bed without it getting frizzy and all messed up? thanks a bunch! i do this all the time
1. shower the night before
2. brush yuor hair and put in the product
3. just tie you hair up in a bun at the TOP of you head and sleep on it
then take it out the next morning and fix the front and all that

is it true that using crest white strips to highlight parts of your hair really works?

it will make your hair white, so if you want blonde highlights, dont do that.plus, crest white strips are really expensive --> 35 dollars a box, and you dont get that many strips. you would be much better off if you just bought hair dye, because you get like 10 times the amount and like at a fifth of the price.

I had changed my fuel filter in my 99 accura legand, and after I had done so, it doesnt go into reverse, or it doesnt shift gears. I was wondering if perhaps there may be a vaccume problem there or something of that sort? (link)

that's not a vaccum issue. what you probably did is either put the fuel filter on backwards (very common mistake) or you need the transmission flushed. liklihood is since it's a 1990 you'll need to flush the tranny fluid and refill it with new fluid as well as check the hoses going to and coming from your tranny. and your transmission filter. and if all else fails you could have just killed it. the liklihood is you'll need to replace it just the same as transmission problems are very very tricky and time consuming. and the fact is that changing the fuel filter shouldn't affect the transmission in any way. so it was gonna break sooner or later.

in your case, probably not.
1st off, you are less likely to get pregnant during your 1st, and 3rd week (your fourth you have the period) your 2nd week is when girls get fertile, so that slimmens the chance (but its still possible to get pregnant the first/3rd, but VERY little chances)
2) the pill is pretty effective

Ijust need to know if you have an ingrown toenail that is swollen, painful, and red but no pus do I need to go to the dr. if so what do they look for before they take it out. I have had this problem for three months it is worse on one than the other foot. I have tried all sorts of remedies but nothing works. PLEASE HELP (link)

i have that all the time.
what you should do is soak it in epson salt for like a half-1 hour, than put floss under your toe , so that the toe nail doesnt grow in to your skin
if this doesnt work, than you deffinantely should go see a doctor

ok. so i bought black leggings to wear with my jean skirt. but i just dont know what to wear with them.

I guess I'll just say it, though I don't want to be full of myself, but I'm extremely good at lacrosse. Multiple people tell me this, and people always tell my parents how good I am etc. However, lately my skills haven't really been that good. Also, school lacrosse is starting up soon, and I want to be the best. I'm a freshman, but I have high probabilities of making varsity. I know the coaches, and have some people that can put in good words for me. I guess my question is, is how can I be the best? What can I do to make myself noticed. Also, on my lacrosse team, and in school, I'm not the most popular person, and there are alot of, lets say b!+che$ on my team. They all treat me like crap, though I do nothing. It might be because I am better than them, but I just don't know. What can I do to get more respect, and stand out, and I guess be the "popular" one on my team?

Even though you sound like a talented player, you are a freshman. There is always room to grow as a player freshman year. Of course, to excel, take all what the coaches and the advice of your teammates to heart. BE SUPER RESPECTFUL AND EAGER TO LISTEN TO COACHES. You'll be noticed! However, since you are a freshman, some older players are not going to be nice to you. It's just a fact that happens on most teams. Do the responsibilities that all the freshman will have - like carrying water bottles and cleaning up after games, or whatever tasks that the freshman may be given. This is very common on sports teams, and people will like it since you are a super player but still doing the team duties. Be nice to the upperclassmen, and if they are mean to you, don't pay attention to them! Play your best, listen to your coaches, and work hard in school and practice! You'll do great this season!

How do you get rid of acne scars?
I can't tell between acne and a scar.
My acne is sometimes just red without a bump.
So I think it's a scar until weeks later.. when I see a whitehead.
I need help.
I have been trying to get rid of this acne on the side of my chin/cheek. It's been there for years. It's not scars because they get white heads.. but the pimple/bump itself never goes away. i have red bumps all over the side of my cheeks.
Acne washes, etc don't work. I have a wash from the pharmacy but its making my acne worse and it stands out (link)

I really think that you should go to a dermatologist. Ask the dermatologist what he/she can do for you, and tell him that what you received from the pharmacy made your acne worse. Tell him or her that you would like a product that reduces the appearance of acne but is also for sensitive skin.
If the dermatologist still gives you a acne wash you do not like, go to a Health Food store and buy a natural acne wash. Also, it is really important that you increase your Vitamin E intake, usually though once-a-day capsules.
Certain acne washes are for different skin, and you may just have very sensitive skin and you may be using the wrong products.
However, I strongly urge you to see a dermatologist. They are experts in skin care and can help you. They have all received 8 years plus in education and training.

most paint coats have a metal base to them and it takes a lot for birds to eat through metal with just their doo doo. most paint consists of acrylic, a metal base, and other such things. some paints have more metal others have less. but the fact is you should be okay, just wash your car regularly and you'll make it okay. your paint probably has a clearcoat which helps tons too. the worst things for paint aren't birdshit or other things nature throws at it, but the things people do. stickers, rubbing the dry surface of the car with your hands, things of that nature.

i got a tampon in for the first time about an hour ago. it was ok at first and i didnt feel it, but now its beginning to hurt, mainly if im siting down, it burns. is this normal since its my first time using one? ive tried pushing it in/pulling it out a little to see if its not in properly, and that helps for a few seconds but then its just back to the burning. whats goin on? its probably because you didnt put it far enough in.
next time, try to put it almost as far as you can, and dont pull it out, because then it will hurt when you walk/sit/etc

it hurts just a bit more than your earlobe, but less than your cartilage
you shouldnt get a peircing on the pain, get it if you want the way it looks (so if you want a nose piercing, get one --> the pain fades quickly! =]

Hey, I have a dilemma. I want to go into something musical after high school. Every girl's dream is to write songs and play/sing them and become famous, right? At least mine is. But it IS a tough way to earn a living, and Dad would rather see me become a pharmacist. (yuck!) So how can I tell him what I want to do and make him realize that I'm NOT going to be what he wants me to be? He insists that I be a PHARMACIST. (And how could I possibly start my career without "starving to death" as Dad so bluntly puts it? I've already strarted writing songs.) any advice is appreciated! (link)

have you considered doing something a little more practicle than a music career but more enjoyable than one as a pharmacist...this situation doesn't have to be so black and white...i would suggest you persue your music career on the side of a practicle college major of your choosing.

im in love with my best guy friend. we've been friends with benefits for a while but never liked each other more than friends. now he's going out with my other best friend. we've stopped being friends with benefits but he'll still hug me or rest his head on me and his girlfriend is ok with that. my problem is that i liked him before he was going out with my other friend but didnt say anything because i thought it might be weird going out with my best friend. i still haven't been able to get rid of my feelings for him. i dont know if i should tell him or just try to somehow not like him anymore. any advice could help

if you think you can survive sticking it out... the relationsip between your best friend and your best guy friend will probably fizzle out pretty soon...you're 15...i'm sure the average life expectancy of a relationship during these years of ours couldn't be more than a few months long...when it does end talk to your girlfriend...tell her the truth if you think she's mature enough to understand...and then go for him...if the break is nasty then you might have to conform to circumstance...and maybe not go out with the guy if you'd fell like you'd be betraying your friend by doing so...if all 3 of you are mature then all you should really have to do is wait your turn.

I had the same thing its called UTI or "urinary tract infection" i was told i had that by someone and i didnt listen to them so i never went to the doctor and it eventually turned into a kidney infection and i was hospitalized for a week. The best thing to do is to tell a parent to take you to the doctor. There are other causes of UTI's so your parents wont know that that is the cause of it since im assuming you dont want them to know if you are having sex or not.
