Can a girl get pregnant if she is on the pill and you "let go" in her the first week after her period?

yes you can. the pill isn't 100% protecting you. plus if you add the fact that he released inside of you, then you up the chances. but after a week or so if you are still worried, go take a pregnancy test. and if you miss your next period then make sure you check it out.

in your case, probably not.
1st off, you are less likely to get pregnant during your 1st, and 3rd week (your fourth you have the period) your 2nd week is when girls get fertile, so that slimmens the chance (but its still possible to get pregnant the first/3rd, but VERY little chances)

As long as she's on the pill and is taking it correctly though, don't worry. It's wonderful protection and there is no need to worry.

There have been cases where girls have gotten pregnant without even having sexual intercouse. Her chances are greatly decreased while she is on the pill. however there are factors that you may not be aware of which can decrease the efficiency of the "pill" for example if she is on certian types of medicines (antibotics) - does she take her pill routinely meaning around the same time every day and remembers to take them EVERY day! Also if she just got on the pill then her body might not be used to it yet. I would suggest using condoms always! Believe me i'm not a supporter of those and i'm a girl but if you want to be safe then do it!
Long story short- a girl can get pregnant at any time in any circumstance where fluids have exchanged! (well of course except for strictly oral)
