okay i saw this on the tyra show =]
you need-a cup of water, vaseline, & an old
toothbrush

1. take the old toothbrush and dip it in the water

2. take vaseline with your finger and put it on your lips

3. brush your lips with the toothbrush

4. when your done wipe it off

do this once a week and you will have soft & smooth lips

buy exfloiating gloves or a loofah from the drugstore (optional but it helps)and then go to www.marykay.com or find a representative in your area and get the satin lips lip treatment theres a lip mask and then a little vaseline type thing or your could just use vaseline after you use the "mask" it works AMAZINGGLLYY <33 hope i helped:)

Here are some that really work:

-vasline
-carmex[it burns so you fell it working]
-aloe lip mosturizer
-chapstick[that`s what it`s acually called.
-emu oil chap stick
THEY ALL ALL UNDER 2 BUCKS OR AROUNG THAT & THEY WORK.
if you want something home made try just putting baby oil or vegetable on your lips it sounds pretty nasty but it works.
_TIPPP_
By the way dont go outside on cold waether with chapstick on your lips that makes that more chapped.

HOPE I HELPED.

I have the same problem; especially during the winter. But anyways, I use Blistex and it works really well. It's like $2 for a little tube, but it lasts a while and it's worth it :)

Blistex is REALLY good, and isn't too expensive.
If not, try using lotion or vasaline :)
