I don't understand this. I've been studying Psycology for years, yet I don't get why I can't fall asleep. I was diagnosed with Insomnia when I was 8. This isn't Insomnia. When I lay down to goto sleep, I get scared. As if something is in the room with me. Last night I went to sleep and I felt something behind me. I've been having this problem for 3 months. My doctor said it's normal, that it's just Anxiety, but I CAN'T goto sleep. What should I do?

Take benedryl... take it & go to sleep everynite at the same time... eventually ur body will get used to the routine... than you can stop takin the benedryl

Get a big bulleton board... & stick ur pictures in there... or you could make a collage...

Well regardless of what you call it... i really doubt that shes going to get offended... but since u are concerned... why dont u not call it anything... just give it to her... & say "Happy Holidays" my friends & i arent christian... but we still exchange christmas presents...

my friend jasmine told me about this so i thought i'd join.anyway there's this guy named connorand i like him alot .i told him because we are really good friends but,now he's avoiding eye contact with me ,and we aren't that close anymore.he told me he started going out with someone else.when i heard this i felt dissappointed and now i can't stop thinking about him.the love songs i hear that me and connor used to listen to together make me heartbroken.i try to erase him of my mind but how can i .i sit in class right behind him .it's hard not to start crying when i see him and then when i ignore him he tries to get my attention.how do i know if he likes me?if he doesn't how can i erase him forever?please give me some answers.

well if he's going out with sum1 else... & he likes you... that's not a good thing... cuz if one day he ends up going out with you & likes sum1 else at the same time... that's going to hurt... if he comes on to you while hes with sum1 else let him know that's not rite... you should continue being friends with him... maybe one day things will change... don't worry... don't cry... everything will be ok... xoxo

Ok this is a random question but i got my period friday morning and it wasnt heavy at all throguh friday and saturday and sunday. Its monday and when i took out my tampon there was close to nothing on it. is it normal to only have your period for like 4 days? ( its not my first )

First... don't be sad... because he said he wants to continue to be friends... he didnt str8 up say he didnt like you... maybe ur friendship with him will turn into something more... but if it doesnt... than it wasn't meant to be...t\ it does sound like he is interested... he's just busy... & relationships usually dont work out like that... don't worry... things always work out in the end... if they dont work out with him... they will work out with sum1 better than him...

I like a guy named Joey that I've known for three years. i think i might have breast cancer. there is a lump in my breast and i don't know how to tell my parents or my boyfriend. i dont want to go to the doctor until i am for sure that i might have it. I don't know what to do! please help me!!!

You need to go to the doctor ASAP... any type of cancer is curable as long as it is found at an early stage... i know a LOT about cancer... the longer you wait the harder it will be to cure... dont be embarassed to talk to ur parents about it... because this is REALLY important... feel free to IM mE...

What do you do when your best friend is kind of blowing you off and when you aren't hanging out anymore. I miss her and don't want to let go.

You should talk to her... tell her how you feel... ask her how she feels... try to put the pieces together & figure out what is causing her to do this... maybe it's unintentional... if she doesn't seem to care... or gives you an attitude... it'll be best to give her sum space...

Yeah that's normal... some women don't get their periods untill they are 17... the best thing for her to do is go to the doctor & get checked for anemia... but im pretty sure she's ok...

try a hot tools str8 iron... you can get it from Trade secret or cosmetic center... get the big one not the small one... it should work... if it doesnt just return it... also try frizz ease hair serum

im secretly in love with this guy in my homeroom and science class. his locker is 2 away from mine and he sits pretty close to me in science. Alright, my girlfriend just ended her period and we were thinking of sex. I tried to get a condom but with no luck. Now I checked up on it and people say after a period, there is no egg. So I thought, even without a condom, if we had sex and I,"Pulled out early." If there is a chance of pregnancy.

There's always a chance of pregnancy... no matter what... but its HIGHLY unlikely in your situation... just take a pregnancy test of yall are worried... but im pretty sure yall are ok...

i've been absent from school 7 1/2 days this year. ive been sick a lot and there are lots of bugs going around.plus i broke my elbow earlier. well i was absent today and the vice principal called. he said i had to go school or they'd get the county involved. he said that the max number of days you can be absent in a year is 10, but the rules state 20. it also says you cant miss more than 5. well the first grading period i was absent 5 days, so that isnt breaking any rules. should i be in trouble for this because he is clearly lying? i dont see how im breaking any of the written rules. ive heard of no such change in them either so it isnt like i missed it. what do i do?

Wow that's nothing... i've missed about 15 days so far... you can only miss 12 a year in fairfax county... but no one questions your absences here as long as they are excused... your principal shouldn't be able to get the county involved... if your sick your sick... plain and simple... even if he does... you should be ok as long as you have ur legal guardian to back you up...
