Hey,im 13 f and im 5'6 but i weigh like 146. i try to loose weight but theres just so many temptations all my friends are really skinny. they dont make fun of me or anything but like i just feel so different. . .anything i can do to be on a *safe* diet or workout plan?! thx

You should tell her the truth and hope she will at least know that you apologized and knew you have done something wrong. Either way if you do no not give it to her you will deep inside feel guilty and what kind of friend you were. Those other girls are skinny (or in your eyes) because they are patite. I am the same way. Trust me, your not fat. You don't need to go on a diet. But it would help if you have a tredmil to walk on it 20 minutes a day or maybe even play sports. Hope I helped

loveaa12 answered Saturday December 4 2004, 7:42 pm: look i do a workout plan that keeps me in shape even though i'm not fat. but the workout plan works really well and i mean i have a fast metabolism but even if i didnt i wouldn't be fat that's how well my workout plan works. first exercise majorly do a school sport or run on the weekends and don't eat junk food. i allow myself to only eat 1 item of junk food a day and sometimes when you really wanna lose wieght try not to eat any or allow yourself to eat 1 item of junk food a week and then advance to a month and so on. trust me you will lose pounds. do 100 crunches and situps every night. they get your ab muscles working which makes you lose the fat from your stomach. eat healthy foods and only good fats that help your body work better. eat only when your hungry and stop eating when ur full. try eating slower becuz its scientifically proven that when you eat slower your body will think your full even though you ate less than normal. It'll start showing after atleast 7 days of dieting. That's something Ive learned the hard way. You know the obvious ones:: STAY AWAY FROM FATTENING FOODS. You know that. Try and only eat fruits and protein and vegetables. In the morning, eat healthy cereal, water, and a piece of fruit. Lunch time, eat a sandwhich [wheat bread ONLY] with turkey and lettuce. For dinner, eat anything with protein, etc, and a salad. **NO SNACKING** and if you're going to snack, eat fruits.

FunnyCide answered Saturday December 4 2004, 7:20 pm: areobics will help SO much, weight lifting wont do much but build muscle. thats good, but not really a good thing for losing weight. walking a mile a day will do wonders, but mostly eating right and exersising regurally is what you want to do. like instead of eating a hot lunch at school, bring your own. if you ride your bike that will do awesome to. dont fad diet (thats where you eat absouloutly nothing all day) you just want to eat right. stay away from sugar and chocolate etc. instead of having a cookie, eat an apple or banana. fruit will help you have more natural sugar that is healthy and gives you a lot of energy that is natural.

Well try some sports or if you are the kind of person who likes to work alone try running in the mornings. It doesn't matter if you are running slow or fast just pace yourself. If it isn't to hard try reducing the amount of whatever you are eating on your plate. For example, if you have corn and chicken then get a small drumstick and a serving of corn about as big as your hand, unless your hand is big. Then just get like a small scoop. Exercise and smaller meals might take a little longer to get to the size you want , but it is way more healthy. Hope I helped you out.
