rainbowcherrie answered Thursday December 9 2004, 12:43 pm: There is absolutely nothing wrong with your friend. I started when I was 11 but hardly any of my friends have started and they're all 13. Some people start young, some people don't start until the reach 19 or 20. There's nothing wrong but if she's really worried then tell her to go and see her doctor for professional advice. Karen answered Thursday December 9 2004, 12:25 pm: Yup, it's normal! Tell her not to worry! Some girls don't even get their first period until they're 18! It's just that her body hasn't really developed yet! Once her body wants to, she will eventually get her period! If she's been getting discharge, than that is a sign of a period that will be coming some time soon! Seriously, you're friend is lucky she hasn't gotten it yet! She will get cramps, she will PMS a lot, her moods will change, and so many other things will happen! Hope I helped :)
