I finally updated my picture, I thought it was time for an update on it so I picked my favorite picture. After all, my previous picture was almost 2 and a half years old!
My name is Ryan. And I will answer most everything you want to ask to the best of my God given ability.But I will not sugar coat any answer and I will give MY advice. I don't care about my ratings, so don't think giving me a 1 for an answer you don't want to hear will scare me. And if you already know what you should do about a sitaution, don't come to us here at advicenators asking for a second opinion. And here below is a list of questions you should NOT ask on advicenators. Granted some of them may vary and be acceptable, but overall don't ask the below questions on Advicenators.
**Don't ask questions like "OMG i heard this song on the radio with "insert pointless pop lyrics here" and i wanna know what it is so what is it! Thanks!! I rate 5sssss! hearts". This question can be simply googled with the lyrics, or you need only ask a friend
**Don't ask "ok so there is the hott guy/gal in my class and he/she like got me a *insert gift or simple trinket here* do you think he/she likes me?" This is the most common question here on this website sadly. Unless it is vitally important and actually pertains to a feeling of true feelings, don't ask it. This is most asked by teens. And what teens need to learn is "love" is not thinking a guy/girl is sweet and hott and nice. I know love, and it is so far from all those things. Remember Cicero when he said "Out of all the emotions, love is the most violent. Love is madness."
**"Ok so me and my boyfriend had sex last night and we like used no protection omg he came in me do you think i am pregnant?" Ugh. Stupid teens and their hormones. IF YOU HAVE SEX YOU ALWAYS RUN THE RISK OF PREGNANCY, UNLESS YOUR STERILE. And if you don't know anything about sex, you shouldn't be doing it. Even if you "love" your partner, half the time this is a disallusion and you will end up hurt. Sex is for marriage.
**Or asking what's "in" for fashion, or what they should wear out tonight. Or what is "cute" and what looks good. Pick and choose for yourself what you like, think for yourself instead of trying to let other people do it for you. Stand up and be yourself.
These are the most common questions I have seen on Advicenators. Now there are a few questions that are very good questions and deserve the 3 rating and the best answer possible. But they are usually blocked out with the kinds of questions listed above. If you want to ask something, check the following off that I am listing.
1.Does the question pertain to anything important or trivial?
2.Is proper grammar used?
3.Is the question long and in one paragraph?
4.Is it a question that you yourself can answer?
5.Is there enough detail?
Following those 5 guidelines, you can write a good 3 point answer. That about wraps it up.
I spend alot of time online and here on advicenators, so if you ever need anything then just send something in my inbox or IM me. I'm not opposed to helping people at all, in fact I love doing it. I just want some people to wake up from asking a stupid question.

I am 13 years old, and my five year old brother has just started kindgergarten. I am afraid there is something terribly wrong. In just a week and a half, he's gotten a dozen reports from his teacher saying he was being bad. my brother is not a bad kid, and the allegations are (in my opinion) completely bogus. Just yesterday, my family and I recieved a call that my brother had been fighting on the playgroung. So we went over, and found out that it was just a few hits--nothing serious, but his teacher got together with the assistant principal, and they want to suspend him for "fighting" Is this teacher stepping over the line? I had bad experiences with teachers when I was at this school, and I'm afraid that because we have the same last name (and darker skin tone), he is being discriminated against. (link)

Most teachers teaching at that young of an age level will do that often. It is all apart of some program to put out bullying before it stops or whatever, but I remember reading a report on it. Yeah they are going too far. How in the heck can you suspend a kindergartener? It really isn't all that realistic. And since you say he is good at home and such but not at school that just kinda raises my eyebrows.
Shortly put, yeah they are kinda stepping over the line.

okay my friend mel is like super gorgeous. one of those people that are wow. but latley she has been pretty insicure about herself. and she is usually the total opposite. it might be because begginging of junior year but im not sure. she has been quite pale and pretty damp and drowisy. then when we went shopping she dropped a full size at AF and half at hollister. im really worried. when we went to in and out she refused her fave burger. i dont know if shes starving herslef or what. im worried she is and im worried shes taking laxitives. should i just comfront her about what im thinking, or should i just let the fase end [ hopefully its just a fase]. i dont want to seem noisy or an ass. how should i do this? Hey this sounds really unfortunate for sure. You need to sit down and talk with your friend and express your concerns. There isn't anything wrong with you wanting to be worried over her because she seems to be alot worse than usual. Talk to her and her know your there for her and try and find what the problem is so it can be fixed. Be a friend and be there for her and express your concern, because it will help.
There could be alot of different reasons for why she is now what she is being, but I can't really tell because I don't know her. I hope you find out what it is so it can be fixed.

Been here before, my ex girlfriend had a boyfriend pretty much the day after we said we're done with each other. Forgive her and wish her well, then get on a bit with your own life and let their's run it's due course.
In short, forgive her because she really hasn't done anything wrong. And since you broke up with your ex, he is fair for anyone, so don't harbor any bad feelings, so yeah forgive her.

Hey everyone. Well over the summer I started wearing makeup everyday, but my mom said that once I go back to school she doesnt want me to be wearing makeup everyday. My honest opinion, is that you would be a girl who likes to make herself abundantly "pretty" everyday and will do it everyday if she can. I wouldn't really like it, because in my eyes, makeup is something that will cover up a girls true beauty and make her look something she isn't. A little bit is fine, but a little bit over that isn't all that great. Natural beauty is best, always. Be who and as you are, and don't do anything to change that. Just my opinion.

It really doesn't sound like he cares all that much about you. I mean if he is just going to hang up you all the time then turns around and gets mad at you for doing the same thing (even when you have a somewhat valid reason). Don't be afraid to speak up, because it is just rude for him to just hang up on your all the time and second he is your boyfriend, you telling all of us this just tells me that he doesn't really care. Speak up and say something because if you don't he is just going to keep doing it. If he is going to get mad at your speaking up againts him hanging up on you then you need to try and find a better guy, because that will just show the one you have now isn't worth it.
Speak up, and go from there.

Something I found really helpful for highschool is a locker shelf. Like a little stand you can put in your locker, it lets you hold more stuff and organize things better. Great if you got a ton of books and binders and stuff (like me). It helps alot and you can pick them up at places like Target or Office Depot and the like. They are just little stands that you can fit in your lock to hold stuff, simple and they work really well. And better yet they are really cheep too.

You are important to one person always, and that is Jesus. He is always there for you even if you think he isn't. Pray for help and you will receive some, I promise.
If you don't do that, then talk to your friends, parents, and a licenses counciler because they will be there to help you and will help you in anyway they can. Go to them and tell them you want help, they will give it to you.
But give prayer a chance first, because it will always help you, always.

There is this one guy I REALLY like and he likes me too. Part of me wants to just ask him out cause I KNOW i like him. But, Part of me wants him to ask me. Ask him out! You know he feels the same and your just wasting time alone that you could be spending together. He is your best friend and I bet he is probably thinking the exact same thing you are. Just ask him out and laugh about how you were both nervous later. I think you really need to ask him out, just let it happen. Go with your feelings.

We have mice, ants and rats in our house! My mommy just screamed because she saw a mouse in her closet! I'm deathly afaraid of mice and ants. Is there any way to ger rid of them? We've tried mouse traps and spray to kill ants but they keep coming back! What attracts an ant to a place? Sorry its kinda long but i need help and i rate!!! (link)

You need to contact a pest control agency and see what they can do to purge the house of the mice and ants.
Both ants and mice are attracted to bits of food left on the ground for extended periods of time. You might see if there is any food left scattered around the house.
But your absolute best bet is to call some kind of exterminator. It isn't at all that expensive and it doesn't take much time at all. That would be your best bet.

ok i like this guy and have 4 over 2 years and he is going out with this girl(i asked him out for hercause Thought she was my friend) but he only feels sorry for her. then she started sayin all this stuff about me 2 him and wen we were running in PE he asked me and i said no and my friend called him and told me that he said that he didnt really like her and all and that he didnt like hr friends either that they were 2 preppy and that he liked nicer more laid back girls but last year we hated each other (i just played along i dont know if he did 2) and now im dreamin about him and thinking about him and i cant stop (im 13 by the way) and whenever i call him a jerk or insult him he always smiles.

My honest opinion. He doesn't like you, he even slightly indicated it when he told your friend he didn't like her friends. Also if he is going to go off and show his pals any note you send him (and probably if you told him anything he would just go off and tell his buddies then too anyway) then there really is no point in trying to talk to him. I think if you did tell him your honest feelings, he is just going to throw it back in your face and laugh at you. I'm sure you really don't want to hear this, but from what you have told me through this message, he doesn't like you and could honestly care less if you liked him back. That is just my opinion though..interpret it as you will.
But if you absolutely insist on going after him, just talk to him about random things (anything, music, friends, like/dislikes, food, etc the list goes on). Also maybe see if your friends can get anything on how he feels about you, that would help.

Maybe you could try joining some kind of school club or something. Also joining a sport is a great way to get friends and get to know more people (That is how I got alot of my friends when I was a freshman in highschool). Once you get to know more people and make more friends those cliks you were talking about will be more open to you. It is mostly about talking to others., because the more you talk to people the more they get to know you better and there you have it, a friend. Also show who you are through your actions, because actions do indeed speak louder than words. Be a nice person to everyone and be open to everyone. That is really all there is too it.

Personality, definately personality. Looks are fine and important, but the importence of looks is far overshadowed by the importence of the girls personality. Any good guy will tell you the thing that matters most in a girl and what they look for in a girl is personality. Hands down that is the most important thing in a girl and what a guy will (and should) look for in a girl.
Me personally. I look for a girl who is nice, smart, caring, open minded and isn't afraid to stand up againts everyone else if she knows something is wrong, even if she won't be liked for doing it. A girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind and care for others and works to help them. So in short, I look for personality over everything else.

Well since you have known them so long you should already be real good friends with them. Kinda lead on that you like them and maybe try and find out from others what their feelings for you are (if you want to know). But if you feel comfortable with them, let them know how you feel. Don't keep that feeling to yourself, because eventually it is going to get let out of you, so let the other person know how you feel. Even if the person doesn't like you back like you want them to then you will have been friends long enough so that won't even really matter to your friendship? You get it? Now go and tell the person or lead them into knowing you like them without even saying anything (that way is a bit easier, less embarassment when telling the person, I know all too well.) But yeah, go for it!

Dystopian. And incorporate action/adventure into it and put a major plot twist into it.
In case you don't know what Dystopian is, it is the opposite of Utopian (perfect society). If you read the books 1984 and Brave New World, they are perfect examples of Dystopian societies. Also if you seen the movie "The Island", that can also be taken as an example of a dystopian society.
Also horror seems to be popular now, try and channel your worst fear (or fears) into writing this and let the ideas come from your mind on what you think is scary and frightening. Or you can just make it eerie looking or sounding, your choice!
You might consider taking old stories and re-inventing them as new and evolving stories. Make sure to keep the audience guessing because if you just do the same basic storyline, they are going to know what to expect. Be creative!

i hate myself i really do. when i look at myself i just want to end my life. i feel so ugly. and i have no friends. i never had a bf and no one ever liked me before. That isn't your bestfriend, that is some heartless bitch who is masquerading as your "best friend".
Do NOT change for this girl, she isn't worth it. You shouldn't have to change for anyone, ANYONE. Tell her you heard everything and that if she feels that way, you don't need a heartless friend like her. And let her know your emotions on it, let her feel what you felt.
Try and find better friends, be yourself and be confident in who you are. Don't let others get you down and stick with any friends you may have now, because a true friend, will be with you until the very end.

I really love to sing and my friends say I'm good. I don't think I am all that good though and I want to know some good ways to get better without taking voice lessons because I don't have a lot of money. My goal isn't to be a proffesional singer but I just want to be a source of entertainment to my friends because singing is a huge part of my life. Please answer I'll rate 5's

Just practice singing to your favorite songs or try joining a choir at your church (if you belong to one) to practice. Learning and practicing with your favorite songs is a good way to improve your vocal talents (especially if you like both music that is high and low, soft or hard in how you use your voice, you can get good practice.)
Do what you love to do with singing, I'm sure you will impress your friends with your voice even if you don't think your good.
