16/m Alright. Today in Gym, we were playing soccer. However, we tend to play tackle soccer. So, I was going for the ball, and ended up falling on my knees. My right knee has severe tendinitis, FYI. Well, I went hard and my knees went to a squatting mode, you know, lower legs on ground, upper legs on feet? I felt a pop, and got up a few seconds later. My friend was there when it happened, and was like "Steven, are you alright? It seemed like you got burned" (AKA, slid on the floor). I said I felt a pop, but I'l lbe fine, and stood up. My other female friend heard that and was like "Stay out a bit, that can be really bad." Well, it was pity attention.
Well, I didn't think it was that bad, as tearing something is hard for a male. However, it felt really unstable that class and ever since. And I'm looking now, and it seems a bit swollen. Yet, there's no additional pain from this, just the tendinitis type.
What is it? What did I do? And what should I do until I can get to the doctor? I'm really scared. (link)

go to the doctor...put like a knee brace or tape or a bandage that raps around your knee on it.
before you do this...sit on a chair and elevate ur foot on a chair\stool slightly higher. put LOTS LOTS of ice on it too, to cut down the swelling. keep the ice on for 30-60 minutes. dont run on it or anything because like your friend said, that can be really bad.
(i know this stuff becuz i sprained my ankle real bad...the ice part i know is right but the rest would just be better!)

Yeah Pepperland. I read it and it's reallly good book. The girl is 16..and her mother just died about 3 monthes ago(in the book). Well it sounds boring but if u read the summary hopefully it'll sound good to you. It's called Pepperland because it has some stuff to do with The Beatles. If you don't like them, maybe you'll still like the book. My friend hates the Beatles and she loved the book. So there ya go...

i pierced my cartlige on my b-day on march 31 ... & now im doing cheerleading so they make me take it off ...no biggie, but when i was putting it back on i relized it was infected, so what can i do and shouldnt i do to make it feel better?! Well, make sure you clean it everyday, and don't, i repeat DON'T put an earing back in until your sure that it's not infected anymore. That might mean that the hole could close up though. oh and it doesn't matter WHAT it looks like.

My parents won't let me remove the hair from my legs, but I do anyway because I use my dad's razor. I want to get my own razor or hair removal device but my parents won't let me buy them or else they will kick me out of the house. My friend gave me a disposable razor but it ran out and she is out of town until September. How do I get a hair removal device and how do I hide it from my parents when I have it? If it helps I am 13/f. I will rate high for good advice or a good try. (link)

Even though this sounds akward, you have to ask your parents why they won't let you do this. If it's a good reason, do your best to understand. If it's not, tell them that it would really make you happy if the hair on your legs was gone :).

Today i was happy and ready to go to cheer camp. When i got there everyone was wearing the same color shorts eccept for me, i guess it was required. My mom drove me back home to change but i didnt have that color becasue someone borrowed them and never gave them back. My mom left to work and now im sitting home thinking of waether not i should of gone back. Its a three day thing, yesterday i went but i wore the wrong color and today im not going. they already made up the routine and gave me a spot but now they are gonna change it and i dont feel liek putting up with everyone askign me where i was and i just know that they are going to tlak behind my back.Everyone went besides me and liek 2 peple have areason bc they are on vacation. ok i had asked a question this morning buti have to say something else that i need advice on that happened tonight...
ok well i just gto home from a party and this guy tommy asked me to have sex with him and i said no and he called me a tesse and alot of other guys called me a tease b/c i wouldn't let them do ne nasty stuff to me the tommy took me into a room and put duck tape on my mouth and then un zipped his pants and mine...and then he took the rest of my cloths off and made me stand on the bed naked he was just lookin @ me...then he fingered me and raped me and he told me that if i told ne one that he would do it agian and kill me...there was no way for me to go b/c hes a football wresaler and really strong...by the way im 16 and he was 18...i don't want to tell neone because hes on of my moms ex boyfriends son and she treats him like a son and i would never think that he would do nething like that...HELP what should i do? Gosh! You have to tell a police officer! what he did to you is illegal! he threatened you, raped you, you get it. you have to tell and adult you know and trust. you need to make sure he knows what he did was wrong, and illegal!

Ok, what you need to do is CALM DOWN, you're not going to die just because you are moving. Now you can still keep in touch with him by IM, mail, phone, stuff like that. I know that it will be hard to move away, it might ruin your realtionship, but it's something you need to do, and can't change (your house is already sold *wink wink*)

Well I cant think of anything besides change the bottoms that you have now, like what i wear is is a shorts bottom, it's kinda impossible to go beyond that:).

Well, you should go through all of your stuff and ask yourself, "Do I REALLY need this?" And if you find alot of stuff that you don't want, then either throw it away, or sell it in a garage sale. Then after that, you should have more space in your room. Hopefully, it'll be easier to clean after that.

you should eat about what it says on a food pryamid. Sometimes i skip meals, but not on purpose. don't ever, ever skip a meal because you want to lose weight. play sports and work out, that's what you should do if you want to lose weight.

Bush, I think is a great leader. The act, however, is great for those who don't have disabilities. Everyone must take it, so if the person doesn't pass, and it's not their fault, the government isn't exactly happy with the school district. Catholic schools, personally, I don't like them, but I've noticed that sometimes the people that go there are smarter than puplic school students beause they are morse strict...but i don't really know. Prejeduce, that's bad, not likeing someone just because they are balck or because they are catholic or jweish, etc. That's just stupid.
