Ok, what you need to do is CALM DOWN, you're not going to die just because you are moving. Now you can still keep in touch with him by IM, mail, phone, stuff like that. I know that it will be hard to move away, it might ruin your realtionship, but it's something you need to do, and can't change (your house is already sold *wink wink*)
