It's all coming backk. Over the summer I really splurged on sugars and sweets. Im average weight but I can see my summer splurging is coming back in my stomach and my thighs. I'm goin to stop drinking soda and eating sugars and hopefully find time to exercise. But I always think "Oh this wont hurt" or "Ill start tomorow" What can I do to remind myself to stay away from soda's and sugars and excersise everyday ? I'll rate high!! <33

i quit drinking soda and it was really hard for me because like soda was my favorite thing. but what i did i kept tellin my self that its gonna all gonna come back when i try going shopping for something and it dont fit or when school starts i didnt want to look bad. ]
yeah i deff. have that prob. myself. OK i suggest putting a reminder on your mirror and take a pic of yourself in the beginning and looking @ it after you*ve lost a lb. or 2 will make you feel more motivated (i think) and about the foods, put them sumwhere you can*t see them. Like in a diff. cabnit, because if it*s out and easy to get then you*ll want it more. Also check out a health foods store (i know of wild oats and whole foods) EVERYTHING they have there is healthy and they literally have every food a normal grocery store does just without the bad stuff and it tastes JUST as good!! I know what you mean
All you have to do is remind yourself of what you DONT wanna look or feel like. And when u catch urself heading for the soda or suger...ask yourself if you NEED it.
And drink water when youre hungry between meals.

manyy people have that problem...i definitly do...i just started a diet that ive been putting off for 2 months now *lol*. what i try and do is keep myself busy because when i get bored i tend to eat (sugary things especially). also good foods can taste good to, so try and find a healty snack that you really enjoy and eat that whenever you get hungry or are tempted instead of the sugary stuff...just think of how good you will look if you exercise regularly!!! hope i helped a little

lol i have the same problem yeah its hard but like i just tell myself that all that sugar and stuff all it does is taste good and that it'll be harder to loose if i keep taking it all in (even tho yeah we need sugar but you know what i mean) but it works for me because i just remind myself that if i cut down and excercise it'll be easier esp. when you do excercise often like 5x a week its way easy and it kinda gets your mind off it all too because youre determinded to keep in shape haha yup so hope i helped ya out! <33 ]
just think of hoz bad that pop is for you. im an anti-pop advocate and really that stuff is so bad it should be a drug. (ok so i exaggerated a bit) write it down...let your unsatisfying body be your motivation. anytime you see a candy bar tell yourself how many inches on the waist/butt/hips that is. hope that helps!! <3 ]
